Ted Thomson was a somewhat eccentric GM for the Packers

His genius kept us very strong and in the playoffs for years and years.

The Green Bay Press Gazette is a local paper that always called for Thomson’s head, because we did not get to or win the super bowl. I avoid reading it because I think many of the writers that cover the Packers are fools. Like many papers they have take huge hits. They probably get much of their readers from their Packer coverage. If the Packers struggle for awhile I think the paper will tank.

Edit: just to be clear Ted Thomson passed last year, I just wanted to recognize his genius and did not intend to taint it with the idiocy of the GBPG.
