Heh...i wonder how the MSM will spin Sanders win in Michigan against him. Now that he's proven he can win large diverse states.

I'm pretty interested in this too. It seems like most TV and Newspaper media sources have a huge hard on for Clinton. I am frustrated when I hear it because her track history is terrible, whereas Sanders embraces quite a few of the ideals I myself have. I mean nearly every debate Sanders wore Clinton's ass as a hat and the media still reported that she came out smelling fine.

i thought it was rather humorous when a reporter asked Sanders " why rival Hillary Clinton's hair gets more attention than his own."

I really think Sanders is a big go getter him being ( I ) senator , usually other canidates other than a democrat or republican get only like %2 of the votes but sanders won voters over to get enough votes to get elected !!

Mrs. Clinton popularity is pathetic. She's more right wing than Nixon. I guess that's why the media conglomerates are promoting her so heavily.
If it were only about voting for the first female president, Id vote for Trump's daughter before I voted for Mrs. Clinton.

Yep Ivanca is lovely IMO. Trump looks better and better as he goes on but he still says cringe worthy things when he speaks. I'm gonna say out of the bunch I'm still pulling for him at the end of the day. This is the first opportunity ever to have someone outside the establishment in office which is insane. Bernie is cool an all but he has never been outside of government he has literally been a beauricrat his entire life. He is a zainey dude I'll give you that though, but don't think his ideas pass the smell test which is why he won't beat the Hilary

There is a theory that Trump's more impulsive comments are the result of sleep deprivation. Trump has admitted to sleeping only 3 hours a night. People who study sleep tell us that we need around 8, and any less affects our judgement, filters, and other higher cognitive functions. If Trump were to adopt a normal sleep schedule, he might come across much better.

My biggest issue is the stance on keeping American jobs. In particular, in-sourcing and the massive abuse of H1B visas are destroying the middle class by taking away STEM jobs from American college graduates. Trump has said he wants to put a stop to it. Bernie wants to keep it limited. Mrs Clinton wants to use unlimited uncapped H1B to replace American workers with cheap foreign replacements. And if anybody remembers, it was Billary in the 1990s who inflicted NAFTA on America. It gave US corporations the ability to relocate oversees (off-shoring) and sell back into the US. It has been a major contributor to the decline of the working and middle classes and the stagnation of wages.

After the big Michigan win, I'm pretty damn excited now about Bernies chances in states like Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, NC coming up next Tuesday.

Not to mention states like ca, or, wa, wi, ny, nj, pa later.

I think HilLiary will bring out the claws tonight at the debate.

Voting for the bern come Tuesday here in fl,

I have my doubts about this state supporting him tho.

Seems like a no brainer...hillary, the donald, or bern...hmm let's see.

If you honestly believe any of what you just said applies to Bernie Sanders you should go take some 9mm aspirin.

That's kind of why people support him, you know? He's the only candidate of the past.... I dunno. 30-50 years that people think is sincere and honest? Even the most adamant Bernie haters don't try to claim he's some sort of back-room shill for the rich that's just lying through his teeth. The "racist" part is just too laughable to even respond to.

No I am not talking about Bernie Sanders, I should have excluded Sanders from my statement. Regardless, he is a socialist ......FUCK NO! so like I said fuck all the candidates!!

Why on Earth? "Everytime the man speaks I cringe, but I'm still pulling for him."

This is the first opportunity ever to have someone outside the establishment in office which is insane.

Quite literally in this particular case lol. Maybe he'll choose Sylvester Stallone as his running mate, I mean think about it. He was also a TV reality star (on the same network I think?), plus, he was fucking Rocky. Who's gonna not vote for Rocky?

And again, it's ludicrous to claim Trump isn't a member of the establishment. He's been buying politicians on both sides of the aisle for years. You don't become one of the biggest real estate tycoons in the country without a little help from Washington.

Bernie is cool an all but he has never been outside of government he has literally been a beauricrat his entire life.

He's willingly been to jail for his political beliefs? Would any other candidate do the same?

He's been a head start teacher, a psychiatric aide, a carpenter. What else do you want?

Ivanka is quite lovely tho. Just ask Donald.

The Huffington Post has been surprisingly good lately at pointing out the bias of other major news networks.

Sanders Massively Outperforms Expectations in Michigan Primary, CNN Ignores It to Cover Trump

CNN had an article published this morning headlined "Victory in Michigan helps Bernie, but not his probability of winning nomination"

Statistically, this was the biggest presidential primary upset in modern day history. It wasn't just a "oh wow Bernie actually won" moment. If it were any other candidate every single news agency in the country would be screaming how significant it was from the rooftops. But not for Bernie. The only media backing him is social media.

Some of the parent companies of those news outlets have donated to Hillary's campaign. Their bias is ridiculous. Thousands of people have been slamming the Washington post for posting 16 negative headlines/articles about Bernie in the 16 hours leading up to last night's primary.

I guess I don't understand how Bernie winning Michigan was a huge win..?

Michigan:

Bernie 65 delegates
Hillary 58 delegates

Mississippi:

Bernie 4 delegates
Hillary 29 delegates

So Hillary actually increased her lead by 18

Because she was expected to easily win in Michigan and if she had, Bernie would be toast. His upset victory last night indicates the growth of his popularity among voters, and when it comes time for all the Superdelegates to cast their votes in July most of them are going to side with whoever is going the strongest heading into the general election.

Bardo I believe in the constitution, I believe in free market principles, I believe in limited government. There is no way I could support a socialist democrat.

I am liking that he will lose to hrc decently close so that it keeps his supporters at home or cuases them to protest vote for trump. All that matters is the next president appointement of a non radical scotus pick. We have had two within the Obama presidency we do not need another.

agreed.

Why Bernie Sanders’s win in Michigan matters so much
Why Bernie Sanders’ Upset in Michigan Matters
Sanders stuns Clinton with upset in Michigan
Sanders Triumphs In Michigan Democratic Primary

the washington post and time magazine are hardly obscure media outlets.

alasdair

I'm amazed the Washington post actually posted a positive article about Bernie after the hatchet job they did to him leading up to last night's primary.Must be the 11,000+ 1-star angry reviews they got on their FB page over the past 48 hours LOL.

If Hillary wins the nomination you don't even have to worry about not having a Republican in the Whitehouse. New polls show that a third of Bernie's supporters will refuse to vote for Hillary if she beats Bernie. That's MILLIONS of voters that the Democratic party is used to being able to count on. The "Bernie or Bust" movement is very real. The only places she's even winning primaries is in red states that will vote Republican in the general election. There's simply no way for her beat Trump or Cruz.

But if Bernie wins the nomination, he will destroy whoever runs Republican. Hillary supporters would endorse him. Independent voters would get behind him. That's why I think Bernie will win the nomination. The DNC knows, or at least is starting to learn, that the ONLY candidate they can put in the race and win is Sanders.
