Gibraltar getting there first international game tonight, its 0-0 at HT vs Slovakia .. holding there own! England u12 won 9-0 San Marino though, few good youngsters coming through.

Few good games tonight, expecting a few goals in the sweden game.
 
Good win for Scotland against Norway 1-0. The road to recovery is well and truly on. 4 games unbeaten (3 wins, 1 draw), shame that it won't be a year until next competitive game. Need to keep the momentum going but the future is bright under Gordon Strachan. Very pleased.
 
Never overestimate england. If I had a pound for every time I told myself that. No shots on target against germany b/c team. Embarrassing. I think a foreign coach needs to be hired. That's the only way this set of players will start playing football. Under roy it's not gonna happen.

I watched the portugal match as well. Ronaldo was stunning. What a machine. Also all three assists for him were fantastic.

France were nearly as lackluster as england but they managed to squeeze out three lucky/scrappy goals, one of them offside.
 
Moutinho was absolutely brilliant last night, massively underrated player, Ronaldo was sublime, definately deserves that elusive Balon D'Or, the game was really good, liked how Ibra dragged Swededn back in it for a bit.
 
Moutinho has always had the potential to be one of the finest modern day Portuguese midfielders . Bear in mind he is still only 27 . I have watched him develop over the years & he is far from underrated in Portugal .

I even shock horror have seen him play for Sporting CP at the Estádio José Alvalade a stadium where the decor resembles a public convenience
 
I watched the Portugal game too. Ronaldo is the best in the world by miles and has been for ages now. Nothing wrong with second to that Mr Messi. But that match really was epoch-defining. He even nearly scored a 4th right near the end with a run and shot (wide by inches) that he had no right to be doing and no-one else would have the brain, energy and skill to attempt.

Surprise surprise he's a big-headed cunt. It comes with the territory. He's just miles better than anyone.
 
I 'll be happy if he scores a 6 yard tap in against Chelsea on Saturday .

Gotta give props to Allardyce for taking a punt on the lad , without big Sam young Ravel could be in prison or running with his gang mates in Manchester.
 
Saw on Twitter earlier that the Hull City fans were singing 'You're only here for the culture' to the Crystal Palace fans.

Utd only deserved a point, knew that was going to go in. The thing is we played shit, nothing in midfield no penetration really, literally getting raped between midfield and defence. At least it dosent paper over the cracks anyway that we need to improve that area, a win would have sent us 4th.

Rooney scuffing that pass though, only wet my panties. Was it first day of the season cardiff beat city 3-1 there? Good atmosphere it seemed like.

Spurs away next as well, they are going to be all ready after that bumming from city. Rooney should have been sent off for that first kick. Very lucky.,
 
My flatmate is an Arsenal fan so he is well chuffed with the other results this weekend.
Looking forward to watching MOTD2 tonight to see the Spurs humiliation.
