Not surprised at that statement, Dont want to tar an entire country on the actions of a few, BUT its more often than not much more than a few.
People have to remember Serbia is still a primitive country, Not so long ago they were fanatically engaged in ethnic cleansing, at least in my lifetime.

Heard that mentioned aswell but I don't think so. England have no pace at all going forward and haven't had for a long time whereas Poland love to play with fast wingers/full backs and on the counter-attack. Drowning the pitch to pedestrian pace wouldn't help them at all. Englands poor passing will though.

No idea why people keep saying Joe Hart is world class, yeah he has the odd blinder but guys like Buffon, Lloris,Neuer,Casillas,Cech have them with much more regularity.

Hart had an abysmal Euro2012 and was always found wanting at crucial times , and lets not forget his stupid face pulling stunts V Italy in the shootout.
Made him look more like Russ Abbot than a world class keeper

He was the only reason you lot made it to a shootout v Italy.

I don't remember him having any bad games in the Euros. And he was brilliant for City last year.

Actually just noticed 4 united players cleverly carrick rooney and welbeck will start watching now. all the others are cunts.

He didnt get anywhere near a penalty in the shootout

Was badly at fault for Polands goal just now as well.

Butland will be the better keeper, but as always with the old farts at the FA, if your entrenched as a goalie for England you basically get tenure, much like Shilton did despite Chris Woods being the better keeper, and Clemence before him

Shame as its 2 points dropped especially with Ukraine losing at home last night

Cech-Czech Rep
Courtois- Belgium

Even Tim Krul when he becomes Hollands #1

I would take any of those guys over Hart on current form
At best that makes him the 8th best around( not counting Muslera from Uruguay when he is on form)

Hardly world class as people say he is
 
England still looking identical as we did in the euroes really... whats actually changed. Cant string a few passes togethor, unless we are directly infront of our own goal. No excuses really, we are pretty much at full strength, most of carricks passes went into the stands or just to the opposition, when attacking nice of glen johnson to backpass past the half way line back to joe hart?? Rooney looks completley different for england as to when he plays for UtD... starting defoe in front of rooney for what reason?

Woy the owl already blaming the pitch, im sure poland are playing on the same grass no? So sluggish, same old. One way to lose a weeks wages. "England will take that 1-1"........

We've seen how many mistakes Cech has made since his head injury. Still great but not what he once was.

Courtois? He's played about 5 games for Belgium and you're only putting him in there cos you're obviously a Chelsea nugget haha.

If i followed England, I'd be less concerned with Hart and talk about on how bad Milner, Carrick, Lescott, Johnson, Cleverly are and have so many caps. Rooney's good 1/3 games. Not that it matters since Engerland get a piss easy qualifying group every time.

Same old same old.

Whenever a polish guy got the ball they were always moving, the guy in posession had 3 or 4 options to pass the ball.
When we get the ball everyone else stands still, you never see any movement off the ball, it doesnt exist in english football.

We reap what we sow, for years we have been like this at youth level, I watced some youth tournaments this summer and it was a joke how Greece were so much better than us in the semi finals of the euro under 19's this summer.
They had players who ran rings around Ross Barkley who is supposed to be one of the next big things in English football.

He looked like a kid compared to these Greek midfielders, he continually gave the ball away while they passed and moved.

The future is bleak.

That cunt Jellard refused to play with Carrick and instead try his old England glory shit. Carrick is a quality passer but had no options playing with that fool. If it was Carrick Scholes and Cleverley in the middle then we would be epic.

I think he is probably the worlds best young goalkeeper, regardless of Chelsea Bias
A 19 year old who had 14 clean sheets in La Liga last year and won 14 and drew one of 15 games in the Europa league last year, not too shabby

Just as good as Hart if not better IMO

^ Yes it would be the equivalent of Jesus in midfield. Scholes is the best midfielder in England still. If the FA concentrated on building the team around him instead of being morons fading him out in favour of jellard then England would be far better instead of this disjointed crap we see time and time again.

Problem is we all new it would happen . Have you heard Danny Rose i thought he came across well considering the incident.

It won't be stopped unless it's a behind closed doors , sad in this age . Very sad. What does it say about The Serbian people ? I am angry about this and i hope that FIFA are as well but if they do just brush this off again that is really sad.
 
Scholes was a top player in 98, but thats not the root of the problem
I never saw Scholes DRIBBLE past a player, in fact since Waddle and Gazza and Le Tissier we had nobody similar. Joe Cole could have been one but it was coached out of him.

We get the odd speedy player like SWP or Raheem Sterling might be like in the future and those guys are just based on speed and not ball creativity, but for the most part we dont have flair players unlike other countries.
Who is our Oscar, Ozil, Ben Arfa, or Hazard ??

We are excellent at pumping out defenders because that takes no creativity, only reactions which is not coached out of players at youth level.

So you think the answer is a 38 year old Scholes? I get that you love Utd and hate Liverpool but you're seriously deluded if you think the FA should build the team around a player whose best days are years behind him. And Gerrard had been a great player for England. Your best in the last 2 tournaments. When Scholes was at his peak, he was made play on the left wing for England.

I'd rather look forward to having Jack Wilshere back.
 
Well obviously it's a bit late now he's been retired for about ten years 8( but for the FA to fob him off like that is a disgrace which is one of the reasons I can't bring myself to get excited about England they are clueless cunts. Scholes is admired across the football world, they watch videos of him at La Masia etc for his amazing technique. Read some of the quotes about him. Jellard is a quality player but not on Scholes level and that's just fachts.
Yeah agreed about Wilshere he's the quality passing intricate style player England needs to start producing.
