2012 - 2013 Football Thread

be very suprised if Rafa still has a job by xmas, also noticed it's 50/1 that Torres wont score for chelsea again and it was 25/1 he wouldn't score by xmas and now down to 12/1.

if UTD defend next Sunday against city like they did yesterday then it will be 6-1 again .

Even when I play as Chelsea on FIFA on the X-box I don't have much luck with getting Torres to score.

Shame to see Franchise beat Wimbledon. Good old fashioned pitch invasion by the Dons fans when they scored their equaliser though.

only 2 more Chelsea managers till christmas

Chelseas problems all stem from the owner, having said that its his money so I guess he can do what he wants. But depite being super rich he seems a little dumb in his decisions
Anyway, I hope Pool go and buy a striker in Jan, I think Suarez is suspended for West Ham game so that leaves us with no striker of note

That was tragic what happened to that linesman in Holland the players beat him to Death. They were teenagers WTF ?http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=dutch%20linesman%20killed&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&ved=0CDQQqQIwAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.telegraph.co.uk%2Fsport%2Ffootball%2Fteams%2Fholland%2F9720726%2FDutch-linesman-Richard-Nieuwenhuizen-killed-by-youth-players-had-been-officiating-his-sons-match.html&ei=U_69UKqfLtGZhQfvxYHwCQ&usg=AFQjCNFVf86ppAqnI6isazeCcd0gY9JE8Q
Dutch linesman Richard Nieuwenhuizen killed by youth players had been officiating his son's match
Richard Nieuwenhuizen, the football linesman who died after being beaten and kicked by youth players in Holland, had been officiating a match in which his son was playing, it has emerged after police confirmed they had arrested three teenagers.

That is a disgraceful story Brimz and heartbreaking as his son was there to see it happen.
Makes you wonder what's wrong with this world sometimes.

Wheres kenny and co?

Chelsea going back to join the team they dumped out the CL, everyones happy,

Would like to know more about it but I think it's just another way to create as much cash, bring in as many sponsors as possible. Quite a bizarre way to celebrate the 60th anniversary but I can't be surprised with Platini in charge. He seems as fucked in the head as Blatter.

I like the format now. Changing it from 16 teams to 24 was bad enough but this is strange. Who qualifies as hosts? Who plays at home and who doesn't? There could be a lot of games in cities that fans have no interest in watching at all considering there will be even more shit teams in the tournament from 2016 onwards.

The 2018, 2020 and 2022 tournaments are looking pretty fucking dire.
