wonder whether The Liberal Media feels that united paid off the FA for tonights game too?


i know theres still 30 minutes to go and know better than to start being cocky before the final whistle, it is still only 3-2 after all, but id like his opinions on this.
 
Still plenty of time left, Dave just missed a chance, so did Moses before him.
Piazon was quiet, then again its only his 2nd ever senior game so not sure why people say he should be as far along as Oscar who is 21 and has played about 50 senior games.

Mikel should not have been selected especially with the furore about last Sundays game. Sure he was affected by the whole shitstorm
Not too fussed about Luiz mistake , he is that kind of player Puyol used to be the same and grew into a real leader for Barca
Btw MANY reports that Twattenburg has admitted he shouldnt have sent Torres off but not sure how anywould would get that information out of him.

20 odd minutes to pull this out out but after last night im not discounting anything out
I did get a chuckle out of that Twattenburg banner though, great banter :)

Good to see the Bin Dippers and Spuds going out though as wel :)

sure the ref had to be pro chelsea after the pressure put on all non-united fans during the week so far

enjoy extra time buddy - would rather have wrapped it up in 90 with arsenal game on sat at 12.45

Didn't award United a penalty (for Luiz's handball) either, did he? Or send off Torres for kicking Cleverley in the chest....;)

Chelsea almost got a full strength team out vs our tired reserves.. I cant see us seeing this game out, even if we get a goal. Hernandez was in his own side... another 10 seconds and would have won it, oh well.

Its not a full strength team, its just that we have a very young squad now as compared to previous years and are undergoing a transition

Oldest outfield player today for us was Cahill at 26 and average age was 23 ( no doubt skewed a fair bit by 30 year old Cech)

Last year this team would have had Malouda, Drogba, Bosingwa,Lampard and Kalou
Team is just younger now, its not by any means a "first team"
 
10 Changes from our first team, or what fergie would call our current starting 11, more the inexperienced defenders though, what he was doing there ill not know

For what.. about 55 minutes of the game?
 
Piazon came off and has played a grand total of 145 minute of competitive football in his entire footballing career now

Your defenders were inexperienced yes, but not the likes of Nani, Anderson , Fletcher and Certainly not giggs

If anything your midfield was much more experienced than ours tonight.
Romeu has hardly played for Chelsea since AVB left and Moses has hardly figured this year
