2011-2012 football thread

was worried going into the game as we haven't looked too convincing so far but... jesus i didn't expect that response, liverpool might as well have not shown up, they didn't stand a chance today =D
 
watching the Leeds utd v Man utd game.should be a cracker of a game.crazy team put out by fergie plus home crowd going mental.

We were fucking rubbish. Well deserved those 2 sending offs too, horrific challenges. Fools.
 
Just got back from work saw that berbatov and carrick in defence and 2 other names ive never seen before, been wanting to see what pogba was like before so think ima go watch the highlights.
 
Watching us play Brighton atm, we're 1 nil up. 2nd half just kicked off and its quite an entertaining game.

You can tell by our lineup that we're really going for this one this year. Prob the only trophy we'll challenge for :(

Looking forward to Stevie getting a few minutes too after being out for 6 months.
 
Finished 2-1 to us. Jamie gives away another fucking pentalty, I'm really getting worried about that guy. Brighton were fantastic it must be said. Vicente came on and ran riot, he's still quality. We were completely outplayed 2nd half. I'll take it though.

Falkirk beat Rangers too, brilliant :)
 
A bit late to comment on that but the thread needs more posts, but I was really pleased with the Man Utd - Chelsea game on sunday, really exciting match, they both missed so many chances it was unreal, glad to see nancy boy still fucking up consistently even though his goal was class.

Villa-Boas was a favourite of mine last year when I was following Porto in the Europa League, the guy really has balls to make certain decisions, I feel he controls the changing room more than Ancelotti did, and he has bought very wisely in the transfer window, Meireles and Mata are great players and do enhance the team a lot.

I was just watching the games on streaming, I tend to follow a lot of faraway football teams, not really actively supporting, just sympathazing.
 
ye this years thread not got to many posting.a few lads who dont post as much were big into there football.

Red Arrow = a man utd fan

the kid = a forest fan

na boa = not sure but knew plenty about football ( not a man city fan then )

FC Porto don't need sympathy atm ,;)

I follow quite afew times all over Europe , ones that i've seen play at Home.

I said it a while ago. I would live in this thread if it wasn't so inactive. Not really hammering the drugs as much for the last while but I'm still followin my footie.

what ye reckon on Hargreaves blaming UTD for him being injured last 3 years.plus how about we start a correct score or result competition.

pick 5-6-8 games a wend and try and get the correct score.

any other ideas................................
 
How about pick a few fixtures on a monday for the next weekend and Everyone that wants to can subscribe to the thread and give their predictions for the games .
Something like that anyhow , i'm up for it , who else is ?

Whats ever1 else think we should to add a bit to this thread. I no Chainsaw, Bogman, mental K , myself and Sam possibly all post alot in here surely we can do something.
 
Wathcing Liverpool, right now, Adam was very lucky with that goal.

Started watching the Man City game before but then I had lunch and got distracted.

Streaming went down and I think Suarez scored.

I swear if I ever get to the European Parliament I'll make Sky free for everybody, fucking streams
 
@ Brimz - ye dat sounds good to me.maybe 10 games with 1 from spain-italy and scotland and the rest from english leagues.

1st prize is a wend in Dundee and last place gets a month in Dundee.

Torress scored for chelski then got sent off.
