anyone think Portsmouth can pull off another great escape??? They need to win their last games and Bristol Ciuty have to win no more games this season or we are relegated, they can lose 1 and draw 2 and it will still be good enough for Portsmouth, also need Coventry to lose 1 of their last 3 games. A lot is riding on other teams, but it's still possible. What a result against Doncaster, two last minute goals to come from behind and give the team hope. If they stay up then it will be their besr great escape yet, although whatever happens come next season PFC may not exist anymore due to the ongoing and never ending financial crisis.
 
Today could be the day that Portsmouth are relegated, lots of championship matches on today, it could also be the day that gives Portsmouth hope and takes Southampton out of the top 2 though, which would be great. I really don't want Southampton getting promoted and being two divisions above Portsmouth again.
 
Can see Bayern upsetting Madrid tonight like. Reckon the home crowd and thought of playing the final at home aswell could give Bayern the upperhand even though Madrid are the better team. Was fancying a cheeky bet on it but concidering I've won fuck all in 2 weeks I'll give it a miss til the weekend or something.

I might check out the odds for that match actually, you have some good logic there for a reason for Bayern to win, but logic means nothing these days in football, well that's not true, but it often goes right out of the window and you have crazy results. Not sure where the nearest bookies is to me, and I disabled my betfair account, guess I could use another online bookie but don't want to get sucked into gambling again so probabably wont bet, might go over the social club and watch the madrid game later though, they should be showing it.
 
They've been on good form this season aswell. I won a couple of coupons 3-4 weeks ago but the last few I've bought I've not been on the case enough with following the football so it's a waste of space putting bets on. I'm watching it already reckon it will probably be a good game, I fancy both teams to score. Madrid and Barca are without doubt the best two teams in the tournament, not fancying Madrid much tonight though. An all Spannish final is what I want to see though, preferably with Madrid winning it.
 
Skybet has them 13/8 both for the win or 12/5 the draw.

A speculative tenner has gone on Bay. Munich/ Draw for the H.T/F.T. at 14/1.
 
I do love this particular fixture. Bayern have played 9 games at home v Madrid. Won 8 and drawn 1. Not too bad!

Did i just see Martin Atkinson, Mark Clattenburg and Howard Webb reffing this game? A clusterfuck of ginormous proportions.

Wishing I'd got involved in the betting now. Reckon the crowd and playing away will get the best of Real tonight, could be wrong. If Munich beat them by more a goal tonight they'll win the tie aswell I would say.

The escape is still on, I think I might cry if Bristol beat Barnsley on Saturday, another draw will be ok, but then it will be down to the final game of the season. I'm confident that Pompey can win their last two games and make it close, would be great to stay up on goal difference. although pretty unfair on Bristol if Pompey end up having to dissolve after the season ends.

What would happen if Portsmouth were to no longer exist as a football club? as there would be the wrong amount of teams in the division then, would an extra team be promoted from each lower division?
 
I swear to fuck that always happens. If you had asked me the score I'd have said 2-1/3-1 bayern. Everytime I bet the last 3 weeks since my week of winning everything I've lost money, quite a bit infact. But everytime I've stayed away I've been more or less right, usually not far off the score. Think when that cheque comes through I'll put on a couple cheeky £10 ones for the weekend. Champions League games are easier to predict than a full on coupon though.
