swybs said:sonic, your posts are always informative and insightful--comon, though....the children know ways around (there are a million ways). On top of that, the ease of what it takes nearly convinces those that may have desires to take such risks (albeit small).
/end ramble
but fact is, com'on, we know that the security on said sights is nonexistent. I know personally.

To be exact, online pharmacies cost the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (who OWN countless politicians world-wide) money, because their price-fixing collusion to raise the price of American drugs by 1000% does not work when somebody re-imports the drugs that were sold to 3rd-world nations at a somewhat less inflated price. Pharmaceuticals are a $500 BILLION global industry... That's $500,000,000,000 ...I guess it was costing the government money so they decided to step in.
you are not someone in pain i take it.? some of us are. and, sure theres gonna be some bad apples but you obviously don't understand "pain". and a lack of good health coverage, or a good doctor. i've been using them for yrs. cheaper than a doc, less hassle,no bullshit(if you have records, and good sense). so, SPEAK FOR YOUR SELF :Dswybs said:comon, tracy, no offense, but anyone paying these prices is either A) trying to get high, B) selling said drugs at a profit, or C) being undertreated by their clinician. If it is C, which seems to support your argument, then you need to switch primary care physicians. If it is C and you say you dont have insurance, every state in the US (and many countries outside have even more helpful benefits) has supported aid that would help you find a doctor who will treat your ailment. Come on, now. People who say they can afford these outrageous prices are not thinking straight (trust me, been there, done that--from frien********y.com about 6 years ago to b****ds.com)....truth be told, they are robbing people, creating addicts, and generally fucking everyone. Far be it from me to pass judgement, but don't tell me I don't "understand"--find a more reputable doc and look into state aid. If you need help, PM me or email me, but dont make excuses.

tracymw said:Sorry about the upper case!! Nobody has been arrested except the people that were transporting and selling these drugs. They were international pharmacys and they were transporting to US and a number of people here would pick them up and then re-ship them to customers. I doubt very seriously the DEA has the time to go through all the customers and arrest each and every one of them. I know for a fact that would be 1000's and I mean 1000's of people. They were looking for the "Big" dogs thats what they got. I wouldn't be worried unless I was buying 1000 or more hydrocodone or xanax at one time. Most US pharmacys online are not illegal (although they are trying to make them illegal)! This was an international bust. BUT not all got busted just he ones from India. There are many more believe me that are NOT from India with very cheap medications. You just have to be smart as to how you order.
