^ It's because of past occurances that I assume this girl's family and friends will say it was her first time, whether it was or not. She was 15, her friends will try and hide the fact that she had been using before, if in fact she had. And as far as her parents go, they will either say they know she was not a drug user and that it was her first time or deny knowing anything about her use. No parent wants to admit their 15 year old died as a result of drug use. I'm not hating on the girl. It is sad that a human life was lost. But something was left out of this story. I'm not hating on the girl, I'm hating on the lack of information and the FACT that this will make ECSTASY look even worse than it already does to the general public. MDMA is my favorite substance in the world and I have used it on over 60 occasions, totaling over 300 pills. MDMA does NOT kill people. If she was taking an MAOI: fine. If she was taking DXM: fine. But dont tell me a 15 year old girl died because she ate ONE ecstasy pill, especially when its implied that 3 or 4 of her friends ate the same pill.
As far as that one friend who gave up the dealer's number, she can go fuck herself. That dude did not kill her friend. Some chemical she willingly bought and she willinly ingested played a part in her death. The drug game is a dirty game. You win some, you lose some. In this case a life was lost. I can't say that I know how her family and friends feel, but it was a chance she took. In Vegas I bought 2 bunk pills from some dude out there. I lost $30 or $40. I'm sure as hell happy I just got some bunk pills instead of pills that contained dangerous adulterants in them, but I lost nonetheless. This is the biggest reason MDMA needs to be legalized. No impurities, no adulturants, just what you paid for: ecstasy. A sad day for family and friends and a sad day for the drug community as a whole, for both the same and different reasons.
