13th Issue Heroin Discussion v. fuck hope do dope

I've only done amphetamine salts a handful of times. They're ok if I don't have any gas left in the tank but I crash hard when it wears off. I've never acquired a taste for em. Does it diminish the dope high at all ?
 
^ I've done heroin, so I can't say for sure about the effects of Adderall with the dope high, but Adderall and any prescription opiate was very enjoyable. Especially something that's too sedating like methadone. Oxycodone and Adderall was a great if you wanted to accomplish something. Of course this all changed when I became physically addicted to opiates. Seems like half the people I know have scripts to Adderall, so it's always around.

Exactly my view on them. And IME/IMO yes it diminishes it quite a bit

Honestly I've always hated adderall (or amps in general), but no I can't say I ever did them both at the same time (or at least let the highs overlap, i've still never done them both at the same exact time, always did the amps near the end of the day at work and the opes when I got/on the way home an hour or two later) until after I already had a habit.
 
I've done them while not dependent on anything, and I felt that amps diminish the opiate high. I take opiates to relax my body and mind, and amps tense up my body and high, so it counteracts it to a large degree.
 
Exactly. You summed it up so perfctly. Sure you can still feel both, but being on amphetamines is the opposite of how I want to feel when on opiates.

At least when mixing coke and dope the coke wears off quickish, doesn't make me feel like garbage, and the numbing part is cool too.

I smoked hard a few times years ago and it made me crash hard as fuck. kinda made me feel doped out just comin off the shit.

Powder can be enjoyable with dope but I never got into amphetamines personally.
 
I Sniffed half a bun right off the bat today and im still feelin pretty good. Not an intense high like shoptin but i dont mind it. I almost threw up as soon as i got the first bag and its been makin me stomach sick all day which i neber get when i boot up. About to get another half hopefully, maybe more.

Is it the taste of the dope or just the high itself that's making you stomach sick? I know that it tastes so, so gross and one would like to avoid the drip whenever they're insufflating a substance as it's "wasted product," but I almost need to taste that drip, or I feel like I'm just not going to get high. It's such a psychological thing...

Especially with dope it's not too active in the sttbelly I hear lol. no one drinks monkey water for a reason.
 
hey guys.. i posted in the last issue about having to turn myself in to jail and whatnot. well, i went and took care of that. it was pretty interesting to say the least. now i'm living in a recovery house and doing pretty damn good so far. got a job and everything, and that's a pretty new thing for me too. just figured i'd update.

Its the taste of the dope i.dont like. I used to not mind it at all but i shot up for over a year and got used to that and slowly tryin to.stop.
 
I'm picky when it comes to stimulants and opioid. Timing is an important aspect involved on top of just personal perception. Heroin stimulant combos I've tried so far are, heroin + crack cocaine; heroin + cocaine hcl; heroin + methamphetamine; heroin + amphetamine. My personal favorite is heroin + methamp. I've honestly had my best "speedball" experiences when using methamp (oxymorphone + methamp is my favorite). I've always had hit or miss experiences when it comes to amphetamine salts and opioids. Methadone and amphetamine salts really isn't anything to talk about, nor worth trying to do for any sort of synergy. Amphetamine + oxycodone was honestly kinda nice. With the amphetamine salts yesterday, I last took them 1.5 hours before IVing 1.5 dimes of heroin, so the timing was imo almost perfect. I still managed to get an increase in euphoria, while not completely over powering the heroin high with stimulanty feelings. I also came down from the amphetamine during the heroin experience. It really masked it quite nice. Heroin last ~6 hours (with 2 more hours of chilledness), and amphetamine ~4-5 hours. Since I was already in 1.5 hours, the heroin high wasn't covered by the amphetamine and helped completely eliminate any sort of comedown distress from the amps.

^ I took like 30mg of oxycodone at the end of an amp high and it was alright. I think taking a low dose is better, and it's better to look for a light buzz and for it to ease the comedown rather than getting high off of it. My body and mind are exhausted after amphetamines, so I'm not really ready for another high.

In other news, I had grabbed 6 bags a few days back, and had 2 left over for day 2. I went to IV one and I thought I had the right amount of water but when I went to draw it up I ran out of room in the syringe. I don't have much experience with IVing but these were different rigs so I mentioned that I didn't like the rigs to my friend and told him why, and he laughing because our other friend had told him about a few units magically appearing after mixing up the dope, and my friend said he's noticed it too. Anyone else come across dope that will add 1-2 units to the solution after mixing it? I had drawn up water about 3/4 of the way full, and when I mixed the dope it filled up the whole rig and didn't leave any room for registering, but I just squirt some up my nose.

The girlfriend ended up treating us today to some dope, about a weekend's worth of dope, and so I'm pretty pumped up about that. Had a bad feeling about picking it up, though. For whatever reason, I just couldn't shake this feeling that we were going to get beat, even though this guy has never been underhanded with us before and has, on the whole, always been very professional and his dope always on point -- in quality if not in weight.

But I always get that feeling whenever we're picking up more than two or three bundles worth of dope (which isn't often, of course), and everything went smoothly just as planned and without issues.

Got work right now, but think I'll bring a bag or two with me to, you know, make work go by a little more quickly. ;)
 
^ I don't know how you date another opiate addict. I am pretty sure that I would be dead if I dated a girl who was an addict during my opiate addiction. I can't imagine trying to provide enough dope for two people. But if you are happy, that's all that matters. Just has always puzzled me how junkies date one another without going overboard.

Really? Well, again, we were dating before we got into opiates, and we also follow certain rules...

The most important rule is this: We don't use when we're by ourselves, when one is without the other; I've never before picked up bags with my own money and without sharing them with my girlfriend. If one of us is picking up bags, with whatever money we might have come up with, then the other is getting bags too -- and an equal number of bags. If we come up with enough money for six bags, then we're both doing three bags. See?

That's basically rule number one, and we don't make any exceptions. We're a team and we split everything 50/50, no exceptions...
 
^ Now that I think about it, having a girlfriend who did opiates would be fun if you only did them with her. That makes a great deal more sense now because I never thought about it like that. I guess I was thinking something more along the lines of Requiem for a Dream.

Yeah lots of people do sort of imagine the "heroin couple" as being something like that. There are members who post here who have told me before that they do not believe me, that they do not believe my girlfriend uses only with me, that she must be doing her thing behind my back and whatever else...

But it's not like that, and I know truly in my heart of hearts that it's not like that, and I know that I'm not fooling myself, delusional or anything. I know how much money the girl makes at her job, and I know where she is, when she leaves for work, when she comes back, who she's with, and she knows all the same about me -- not because we're controlling, but because we're just very close. I've been with the girl for five years now, or it will be five years this October, and we live together.

So we're a team and we move together as one unit. And honestly, it is a lot of fun. We scheme together, get high together, and we do our thing. Right now we're just hanging out, in bed, our feet up, watching a movie... she's painting her nails, and I'm cruising BL. In between talking, doing our shit and whatever, we're blowing bags. Just real chill, ya know? It's nice.
