100 miles in 100 Days

Americans are so lazy that 1 mile a day is some sort of effort? Hahahahaha. I walk bare minimum 10 or so, THATS JUST TO LIVE let alone recreational. Pathetic.

Walking a mile daily beyond the daily work day is herculean feat for some Amercians. It is pathetic.

They just "don't have the time." They'd rather sit glued to the television for hours on end. What's happening on the idiot box is much more important than physical activity for the majority of people.

It really is sad.

Well seen as i walk about 7 or 8 miles a day minimum, ive already completed this awesome idea without even trying. yay me!

I think we can ALL do one mile a day for 100 days. Who knows how much good it'll do them! It then adds the activity to your scoresheet which contains all of your previous activities.

How'd you end up doing with this, PI? I haven't stuck to it and am still right where I posted last. :-/

Oh well. Once the weather gets consistently nicer, and once the move and exams and all that are done, I foresee a lot of bike rides. :)

2844.6 miles and counting :) thats just on my bike though, doesnt include my running and walking. Did i win? haha

Okay, let's restart this, shall we? Want to restart this on Sunday? It's summer for the northern hemisphere and we all need our chance to kick your guys' asses to the ground!

Oh, and for those on bikes: let's make it a goal of 500 miles in 100 days. So an average of five miles a day.

On BL team health and fitness and health it is such as the take up line and the force up line. Maybe this year we could do something like this. Like we all monitor our usage of whatever we do like going for walks, operating, climbing, diving, etc....
