Good shit Nolys! My best effort currently is 11 reps of 46kg dumbbells, at roughly 80kg bodyweight. No idea in pounds lol
 
There u go then there's the math lol out of interest gf, so I know how im coming along, been training 4 months now without injury, what's the most you have flat bench dumbell lifted for how many reps I expect it to be much more than me I personally think I gave came very far this blast but I'm interested in how much other more experienced lifters have lifted

As you know I have had 3 major/minor pec tears, so bench now is pathetic.... from memory as a lad back in the 80's somewhere about 350lbs... at 76-82kgs.... BW..!! I boxed remember... With some power-lifting but fairly light, as I boxed at middleweight... d/b bench inc 125lbs 8-12 reps X 4...

Back was my thing... 600lbs dead as a 19-20yr old.............. 300kgs a few weeks back...

As a guide today, bearing in mind most young lads will think nothing of using 3g of gear/week (I was on 25mg Anavar a day)..lol



There is a skinny young (18-19) asian lad here in NZ started off with crap genetics at 60kgs a few years ago... These are his current stats:

240/145/250 @ 86.5 raw no wraps.... Got mates at 90kgs here in NZ doing 160-220kgs bench....

PS: I've just seen a video of this young lad do 180kgs X 2 bench, but not in official competition....

Over the last 6 weeks I've put at least an inch of lean muscle on every single muscle, I'm happy with that

Bumped my Tren A up to 100ED today and finishing off the rest of my Anavar at 200mg ED

1 hardcore Chest and Delt BB press session.. to complete failure done and dusted....
30 sets of all in of 10-15 reps completed from flat, incline, steep incline, 90 degrees, behind head all with barbell

Split my Chest and Delts into 2 sessions my next session in a few days is all fly movements and trap raises etc
Press session for upper body thickness and Pull/Raise session for chest sculpting and massive traps %)
 
There's nothing like living 5 blocks from the beach. Go into a packed beach restaurant/bar wearing a tank and watch the heads turn in unison, like doing the wave at a sports event, as I make a round through the place. Can't get better motivation than that for hitting it harder at the gym during the week.
