Nada. He's usually a good dog. I wouldn't want anything done to him. I kicked ass on my leg day. Mostly leg press as squatting was too awkward for my wrist.
 
Good to hear man I am a dog person my self, and really most attacks are accidental, so it is good to see some one take that route ^-^. Glad to hear legs are going well, mine are lacking a bit left side is a lil smaller visibly so.. pisses me off some thing fierce.
 
I'm almost able to see my knuckles! What you all up to for the weekend? I'm just taking it easy and all depressed cuz I got time to hit the gym, but I can't :( waste of this optimum time.
 
I am taking it easy a bit today, just my am run, Sunday is dedicated to the woman. I need a day off though my f'ing lats are on fire from yesterday.

LOL, it can be dry but it has its uses. Especially when you want to understand the oddities behind the actions of groups ( think the why of organized religion).
 
I've cut about 4-5 percent body fat in 5 weeks :)

Unfortunately, my body keeps adapting to these ridiculously low calorie intakes, and starts maintaining again, so I keep having to increase cardio, and lower calories.

Should I bump up my tren?
 
First off congrats mate, thats a hefty cut. Secondly what are you currently running the tren at? and alongside what other compounds?
 
Make sure not to limit calories too much or you'll go in to starvation mode essentially. Max I've read is 1000Cal deficit to maintain weight loss on tren. Otherwise everyone would hop on a high dose of tren and starve themselves for a couple weeks then blow up for competition.
 
lol true. you have to fidget with the ratios of fat/protein/carbs as well to get the best out of it. and yeah any thing beyond 800cal I would say is going to trigger too much cortisol, so you may want to look into 11-oxo to controll your cortisol 400-600mg daily to control cortisol for a few weeks of seriously hard dieting.

How effective is 11oxo? I was thinking of using it on cycle to help keep gains during pct or during pct? I never really looked into the oxo compounds so I'm sorry if it's a newb question.
 
Dont run it during pct. It is a very nice way to control cortisol but it is technically a steroidal compound, while very mild at high dosage for an extended time while you are already suppressed it will just hinder the recovery process. It will also help with SHGB as well ( though very minimally) it will sort out the bloat from test, and keep you a little harder as well. If your cutting it will help both with the cortisol as well as helping you shed fat. Though if bulking it can help you sort of curb the fat issue from a hyper-caloric diet while helping you harden up a bit at the upper end of the dossing spectrum ( 300-900mg daily). Personally I like to run it at around 400mg for 6 weeks during the kick off of a serious bulk where you know you are not going to be eating uber clean as well as the end of the same cycle to help tighten up, works great, non methy so stacks well. No worries not a newbie question the compounds are still new and only people that are really looking into different avenues are really getting to touch on the functionality of these compounds. I know Guido knows more about 11-oxo. I have only ran it a few times, and have been experimenting with it to dial in its use for myself.

It's hard to get back to sleep whenever I wake up in the middle of the night, and I'm SLIGHTLY sweaty, but it's not that bad. I've got some really good before and after pics.


My calories are just under 2000 ED, sometimes I manage as low as 1500. I was advised by a personal trainer to switch my form and pressing, and my chest has been blowing up......in a calorie deficit. I also started doing my cardio on a treadmill at an incline, because running makes my shins hurt......and my calves have been growing from this too lol. I'm seeing more noticable results in a calorie deficit on tren, then I was on 400mg deca, and 500mg test LMAO.

I kind of want to go back into bulk mode, and take advantage of my virgin growth in my chest, to really get it to pop out. Should I just stay what I'm doing and maybe toss in a few weeks of sdrol?
 
To fight cortisol, I take vitamin C a couple of times a day.
Oh yeah, I forgot, I'm also on a cruise dose of test E of 250mg EW
 
You could add the sdrol, it is an option for size with out any real worry of a relating water/fat gains if your diet is clean. But if you want to switch back to bulk you will need to increase your caloric intake to get the best out of the compounds. I will get back to this a lil later as I am fidgeting before dinner ATM so after wrds I will get back and give you a full opinion.
 
You can stay with what you are doing but up the calories a bit. One of the great things about 11-Oxo is that in low dosages it will also help to keep fat off as well as cortisol control. So if you increase your calories by just simply raising your protein intake with a little bit of carbs, and run the 11-oxo at 200mg/daily you can achieve a nice clean growth. You could swap out the 11-oxo and add in Stanodrol at 600mg/daily fro a more anabolic push with the Superdrol, the stano is not a methyl compound so it stacks well. it will help harden you up as well as shed some sub Q water. The combination is a pretty nice one, especially if you are trying to throw some size on and polish up at the end of a cycle.

Other wise is you are looking for just straight out size gains and not to concerned about some water gains, Test Suspension is always an option and 30 day at 100mg/day will give you some serious raw size; but you will have to be really tight on your diet. though with proper e-control ( I like adex & proviron) you can keep the sides down and the bloat away a good bit. If your in the deficit there is only some much you will really gain, though the loss of the fat has made the gains way more visible, that beign said if you slowly increase your calories as you increase your training for your chest use Arnold's "Priority Training Principle" to focus on your chest ( I have a week chest to it is lacking compared to my shoulders and back ) pay it extra attention you can really keep your current compounds with no additions.

If you want to speed up growth all over you can add in some new stuff. If your closing in on your cycles end I would not use the superdrol but instead go with Epistane and Methylsten @ Epi 40-60mg/day and M-Sten @30mg daily. this will give you a great hardness some pure tissue from the epi, while the msten will give you a little bit of size but it will give you a great strength gain that will in its self contribute to your tissue gain as you go heavier. This will also allow you to use a higher weight to to a few sets for higher reps focusing on the both ends of the range of motion to polish the muscles shape. Run that combo for the last 6 weeks and you will get some pretty nice results, especially if you take advantage of your diet. If you do go with the Superdrol, add the stanodrol, it will do wonders to harden you up and keep some of the water away. These are just my opinions I now Guido or GF will have some different ideas as well, but I hope that helps.
