3MF (3-methylfentanyl) satisfies me every day, numerous times a day very, very well.
So do the less potent fentanyl analogues like acetylfentanyl, butyrfentanyl and, especially, furanylfentanyl which is my favorite along with 3-methylfentanyl.
since i was born with a condition that makes my veins not visible to the naked eye (a cannula has to be used every time they draw blood from me or if they want to give me an injection at the hospital). so i dont IV. only smoke. I mean I have IV'd, of course, with the help of a 15+ year 3MF IV junkie who managed to hit one of my veins after about 20mins or so. I myself could never ever do it, Ive tried so many times and never even got close. Even ER doctors with 20-30 years of experience have to use the cannula, my vein will just swim away otherwise. so, I have IV'd everything a couple of times, but tbh, I hate needles with a passion so I have never even thought of IV'ing myself, needles terrify me a bit. i do enjoy smoking fentanyl off foil VERY,VERY much though and can proudly say I am an expert at it, managing to get AT LEAST 97%+ of all the material i burn directly into my lungs (NO smoke that is created, is wasted. instead, it goes directly via my mouth into my lungs). The high is good and immediate. All You need is foil (which the 3MF ALWAYS comes in so thats sorted) and a lighter. if youre good at it, you dont even need a pipe, you can just slowly give it light and suck all the smoke in directly with your mouth, not using a pipe or anything. if you try it at a higher level, most cant do it because theyll end up burning themselves so if you want to take a huge hit, use a pipe (like a pen, for example) or just build a nice pipe out of foil since its foil you are smoking it FROM and the nice thing is that the tar sticks to the foil so in the end after smoking a few GRAMS of the fentanyl, you can start smoking your own pipe ROFLMAO. the tar is überpotent and very good but it takes lots and lots of smoking with that pipe, before you get any decent tar in it. thats it.

I agree, I believe that might have changed at least a couple of opinions from people who wanted to try and didn´t.
That´s the essence of Blue Light. Harm reduction, and those pages served as an example of that.

its not the best high in the world but its a do-able high where you can function which is why people enjoy; do not think for a second its the best in the world and if you do think that you'll only end up killing yourself eventually; its just fucking sad, man.. trust me, I've been there, I've done that. I dont have a dollar to my name to show for that.

Honestly, after being a RX opiate addict for 5 years, and a Heroin addicts for another year, making it a total of 6 years of being on opiates (still on methadone now though, so I'm basically still on opiates)...
I would say if ANY Heroin addict tells you 'yes you should go and do heroin' basically wants to ruin your life. IT NEVER ends well. For many reasons.
1. Your bank account will end up empty, even if you're a wealthy person
2. You'll lose all of your good friends
3. you'll be getting sick A LOT
4. your going to end up stealing to feed your habit
5. lying to your family and friends
6. committing crimes also to feed your habit
7. end up in jail/prison for possession or the crimes you commit
8. possibly DIE from overdose
9. so addicting you can't quit
I mean, their are PLENTY of reasons why not to do heroin.
The bad really outweighs the good, from an experienced user, I say NO, it def. is not worth it!
If I can go back in time, I would def. have no used heroin.

man, that is sad. I, too have had one friend passed away, but besides the death of a friend, plenty others repeated crimes over and over, stole, overdosed, panhandled, neglected their pets, and even became homeless. I remember these two young girls, 18 and 19. As a heroin user myself, it was sad to see these young women get hooked on these drugs. Same with methamphetamine. It's hard, but what can you do? I've tried helping them, they need to help themselves, which I hope they do.

We (R and I and some other girlfriends of us) have found a 'real dealer' BTW that sells in bulk to us and we are the supposed middle-men now, at least it saves us like €10 + cuts on a per bag basis and the usually two-daily run to cop from him now. We get like half to a whole brick (10 bundles, of which two are for us and I'm getting usually 5 to 10 shots from a bundle now (1 to 2 bags of 70-75% lesser cut bags costing us €10 / bag)) and we have to buy them for like half the selling price so me make around $10 profit per bag nowadays, it also usually involves cutting the dope with inositol / sorbitol / mannitol / diphenhydramine so we get 75% pure dope down to 60-65% usually. Anything we should know before getting ourselves too deep into 'the game'? 
We also recently have gotten some fire ass black tar Heroin he procured for us to try and it's supposed to be around 65% pure but it has already all the cuts needed in it to enhance the high so we're quite happy with it. Now I have two questions for you guys out there:
1). I had three dope shots last friday, saturday and tuesday and still haven't felt a withdrawal *knock on wood* so after getting some (about 10) Suboxone tablets of 8 mg I've been doing 2 mg of Suboxone recently when I have no good Opiates within reach, will this affect my withdrawals? I'd like to continue to be a weekend user only but it creeps on you really... :/
2). My girlfriends and I use needles which are supposed to be something like 31" short tip insulin needles, are those the best ones someone can procure for shooting up Heroin / Coke / Meth / Oxycodone?
All replies would be appreciated.

Trying Heroin is a terrible idea. Your life will get shitty..then worse. You are lucky if you actually live. your family will disown you. best friend just sentenced to 8-20 for stealing to support his habit. you are excommunicated from society...it is perhaps the worse idea an individual could entertain. dont do it. go smoke a bowl and chill.

Should you try heroin...FUCK NO. I got into it because it became more readily available than my dad's pills, so I'd cop for him and I (RIP Dad). Anyhow, it doesn't seem like a big deal at first until you really are in so fucking deep and have a gorilla on your back the size of King Kong. It took me two years in jail to kick it. Thank god. Now I just got results that I'm Hep C positive, but was negative in March 2012 prior to going to jail. Pop a pill, don't shoot anything man. In the end it definitely isn't worth it. And I was a fiend for 10 years.

This is also my first post I guess and I finally registered. First thread I saw is this highlight. Point them kids right. But ultimately you become addicted by your hand unless someone's helping and I don't condone that.
