I know drinking gallons of water seems like the easiest solution but it usually isn't the smartest. You're just trying to solve a problem and going about it the wrong way.

How much are you taking daily?

Well, I won't comment on the manner of your death, as I'm not omnipresent, but honestly if you're not smoking, snorting, or injecting, there is a lot less harm that is done to your body. No form of methamphetamine is safe totally though.

Well back when I was using I was probably consuming a gram a day but honestly it could of been way more sometimes less

I see. Well yeah, at those dosages I could see why you'd be concerned over a long period of time as I imagine the crystal would be quite toxic to the cells, even orally.

Best thing to do would probably just be to get scoped by the GI doc if you believe you're having stomach issues, if you're able to.

For cramps take potassium and magnesium, take breaks to stretch, walk around, go without an erection, drink water or Powerade, eat food, etc.

Direct damage to your gastrointestinal tract from meth being caustic is not actually what you need to worry about. Your stomach has several somewhat redundant systems to control the pH of everything that it passes to the digestive tract.

Generally the pH of your stomach acid is 1-4. However, your duodenum uses the large amount of bicarbonate produced in the pancreas to continually moderate the pH of everything entering the digestive tract. Several integrated systems kick in to quickly control stomach pH once it passes 4.5.

Pharmaceutical grade dl-methamphetamine hydrochloride has a pH of around 6, although street meth varies from 4-7 depending on all kinds of things.

What you want to worry about is getting an Ileus, or the reduction or cessation of peristalis or gut motility in your intestines. Meth causes this through several different mechanisms: directly through monoamine cascade (particularly norepinephrine), increased expression of the CART peptide, vasoconstriction, and dehydration.

Basically the contents of your bowels stop moving and harden into extremely hard/dense pebbles that can tear at your lower intestines and anal cavity if you try and force them out or mechanically extract them.

The ideal way to avoid them is actually not to eat too much when on a meth bender and to consume fairly large doses of Movicol laxative containing polyethylene glycol and electrolytes together with plenty of liquid. Other types of laxative don’t help this condition.

Personally, I think a good dose of Movicol is up there in the top 3-4 pre-binge harm reduction preparations. If you get those solid impacted shit pebbles lodged in your colon the irritation often feels like you need to piss but can’t and the sensation renders you impotent.

But you don't even know me. I dislike needles, never injected drugs, and the only stimulant I use now is caffeine.
