PLEASE READ THIS !!!
I’ve shot meth into my right arm a couple times and I believe it’s the cephalic vein in the crook of my elbow. When I pull back the plunger the blood goes in but it’s not that dark. It’s kinda like a thick red lipstick color. When I push it in it there is no pressure and completely painless. No swelling or bleeding either. It burns after I remove the needle but not where I injected. It burns around where basilic vein in the crook of my elbow for like a 1-3 min. I’m scared I might have hit an artery or a nerve. I’ve read that if you hit a nerve or an artery you definitely know because it will instantly hurt and you’ll feel pressure on the plunger. So maybe the blood is just lighter? Its is also starring to feel thick and hard to the touch from repeated use so I plan on leaving that one alone for a bit. My main concern is hitting something that’s not a vein because the color is not a dark purple red and more of an apple red or lipstick red. My other concern is the burn where it wasn’t even injected after I pull out. I’ve read everything I possibly could on IVing and still continue to read. I probably need someone to personally watch me so they can correct me on what I’m doing wrong and reassure me on what I’m doing right.

Update- after doing more research I think I did hit an artery. Looking back at the moment, the blood came in slighty faster when I pulled the plunger back, but I don’t recall the blood being bright red or foamy but I wasn’t dark either
I felt like plunger also went down smooth while and no pain at all during the shot.
It only started stinging once I removed the needle but not where the injection was and I thought that was kinda weird. I got a rush but not an intense one but I also intentionally made a weak one so idk.
But my arm and hand feels weird and tingly
I did have a headache earlier
I was having slight chest pains too
I got high but felt off and very paranoid about the shot
I Hope that I haven’t done this in the past and just never noticed cause tbh I feel like I’m always missing shots, I’m never 100% sure as you could tell by some of my previous posts.
Idk if it matters but i used 31g 5/16” 1/2cc

If you hit an artery I'm pretty sure you'd be MUCH worse off right now. Not experienced enough to tell you what exactly it is that you're hitting but I don't think it was an artery cuz from everything I remember that is always pretty serious and won't stop bleeding, also hurts a lot immediately (which you said was not the case it only burned after). My veins in the crook of my elbows are in the same shape, kinda hard and scarred a bit, but I still get dark blood and hit normally. They are kinda big and gross looking in a way though lol

If you hit an artery I'm pretty sure you'd be MUCH worse off right now. Not experienced enough to tell you what exactly it is that you're hitting but I don't think it was an artery cuz from everything I remember that is always pretty serious and won't stop bleeding, also hurts a lot immediately (which you said was not the case it only burned after). How do I IV them? I dont have a wheel filter and how many should I should I do?

I’m gonna do it anyway so please just stay on topic and help me out. All I have is a spoon, cotton filter, 0.5 cc syringe and 3 oxy

If you hit an artery, you’ll know immediately—plain and simple. Cocaine can mask some pain due to its numbing properties, but meth doesn’t: you’ll typically feel intense pain and pressure right away if it’s arterial. Once the solution flows into the smaller vessels and capillaries, the solutes can’t all fit through, causing severe pain and swelling. Judging artery vs. vein by blood color alone is short-sighted, because hydration, lighting, and tourniquet use all affect how the blood looks. If there’s no sudden, intense pain or swelling, it’s probably a vein—even if it appears bright. But if something feels drastically wrong—like extreme pain or rapid swelling—seek help immediately, because an arterial shot is rarely subtle, and the tissue depending on that blood flow can die (necrosis) without fast treatment.

I know you’re probably going to do it anyway, but consider that any pain you feel now is nothing compared to what can happen if those fillers get stuck in your capillaries. Trust me, I’ve been there—I lost my lower right lung, had endocarditis, and needed three open-heart surgeries because of it. A cotton filter won’t reliably catch those particles. If you insist, at least use a 0.22 micron wheel filter—like these on Amazon. And if you notice severe pain, swelling, or breathing trouble afterward, don’t wait—get medical help right away.

Endocarditis was not because of pills, but the concept remains the same. The dynamics with pills are a bit different, they are almost certainly much more sterile than product sourced from the street, but you have to navigate the solutes that can wreak havoc as well. And that sterile of the pill alone is again almost irrelevant if you’re missing shots, using old needles, etc. Bacteria has been around for billions of years, it doesn’t play!

This is why I never redose IV stimulants. What exact stims are you injecting? What other routes of administration have you tried?

Try the back side of your fore-arm? You have to hold your arm a weird angle to hit there, basically grab your shoulder on the same side as the arm your using. Ive met a lot of people who have trouble hitting but never tried there and had pretty good success so hopefully it works for you too.

Dude it fucking blows though and just gets worse. Especially as you dehydrate and shit. You gotta get creative to pull veins i could barely get blood to come out last night.

I missed twice yesterday, i never fucking miss. That's really not good lol , it's not that bad but it not like good. I'm not throwing a party for myself or anything.

Magnesium pills can help with the constriction but if you like iv slamming daily multiple times. You probably won't notice a difference.

Be sure your drinking some water.
