My snoo is from yesterday but I still feel quite snooful. Knowing I'd been at the B2 and would be a bit of a sketchy mess, mugz came and popped a couple of benzos through my letterbox. Probably helped a lot in me getting a good long peaceful night (and morning, and afternoon) of sleep.... but I'm just snooey about what a thoughtful thing to do that was. Even after I have messed him about and been a bit of a confusing ho since the breakup, and even though we've hardly spoken and the one time he needed me to be there for him, I wasn't. And even though he has sad shit (with his sister) and stressful shit (with his job and planned move to Bristol) he still thought of making my life easier. I don't deserve it, to be honest!
I feel like I can call him "friend" not "ex" now. I just hope I can be a good friend, too. Thanks mugz

just done something with an evil grin on my face ...
As i asked my dad " was that 2ltrs of pepsi Free from the chinese"
i was taking a Coca Cola glass out of the cupboard and as i poured you could feel the friction between the 2 i could swear i heard the cola offer pepsi some of its cocaine if it could get the owner to drink it faster to get the fuck out of it ... pepsi was like aye aye min thats cool
then i added 2 HOME MADE ice-cubes and the cracking of the ice and the overflow of the pepsi you could just hear the coca cola glass say theres yer cocaine ya bastard ! as the overflow was more than half the pepsi out of the glass
that was an abnormal convo from coke tho you see these days cokes convo would of been more like " hey get that pepsi in here , make it looklike theres more of it and sell it at the same price .. oh hey look theres lidls own brand get that shit in here too "

Lovely cycle ride n a puka lunch at my fave Cafe.
Anyone else familiar with the British cycle Network ?
Basicly tis an organisation that is trying and almost sucseeding in linking the whole country using old train routes. It's amazing from Bath i can go in all directions without any bloody cars 2 worry about .
I'm thinking about doing a massive ride to Manchester or summat stopping on the way . I really luv cycling its probably been the only thing that i have always done no matter how bad my addiction has been .
Its so theraputic all you need is a bike , mind you its worth investing in ahalf decent one anything under £150 will be shit.
My bike cost £550 back in 1993 is still fine. Mind you i do service it regularly , .
Nowadays for £250 you can get a decent bike , its best to go for as much as u can afford cos it'll be worth it in the long run.

My snoo of the week is my new bike %) I'm chuffed to bits with it, it's an old fashioned styled frame - man says its like Miss Marple's bike, but it's very light and has good hybrid tyres. Well girly dark red colour but I've managed to resit the wicker basket and gone for a waterproof floral number
Went out for dinner and drink on it on Friday night - which led at the end of the evening to me falling off = skint knees & chin, a sore shoulder and a grazed boob 8)

Sustrans are in fact amazing they have done some great work down here . I wasn't aware they had made their way up to tour parts.
I could go all the way n cycle to Largs n see my Uncle . That would take some serious stamina n dedication.

used to love to bmx bk in the day, before an arm breakage which has put an end to me fucking up govt building loverly marble ledges and handrails lol still got my baby, will keep her forever i think, pass it down when i got a kid of me own! ahh i miss it, thing is londons ttransport system means your never 5 mins away from a bus or tube and its the quickest easiest way, seen many people mangled by bendybuses, not pretty :S

Snoo has been having a Saturday night and Sunday so far with Angelsmoke Had a stim session like the old days, but 10x better, we had tons of fun playing pictionary on the whiteboard :D and some great chats
We did some ODT today and had a massive chat which was the biggest snoo, we both want each other to be happy and to move on and we are going to actually be real friends now, we are both on exactly the same page, and feel like better friends than ever. This is most certainly going to be one of those rare occasions where relationships break up but the friendship stays. Angelsmoke is my best friend and this weekend has strengthened that friendship whilst clarifying that we know that we cannot work as a couple.
Has been a really happy making weekend so far

great to hear you's are getting on, wish i could be the same with my past ex's, some i have stayed friends with, but my last ex i cant even talk to, i still love her to much to speak, it just melts my head the whole day when ive been speaking to her, thinking 'what if...'
anyway, glad you's are great mates again, goes to show a break-up doesnt mean the end of a friendship

Bike ridding is cool , it's my daughters 5 th birthday Thursday, and I got her a wicked pink carrera BMX, had to let her have it early as it's so cool , spent today ridding 5 miles to our local swimming pool , had a swim , loads of junk food & and a slow ride home, best Sunday iv had in a long time.
