scrambled eggs with crumbled turkey sausage and shredded cheddar
toasted whole wheat bagel thin
V8 Fusion Acai Mixed Berry juice

I don't mind it. I will buy the vanilla or chocolate sometimes. My gut does not have a problem with dairy. I prefer organic fat free milk but cannot find a fat free organic chocolate milk. Non organic chocolate milk has HFCS which I do not injest. I stopped eating that and anything artificial about 3-4 years ago.

Do you like soy? I can never get into soy for some reason. I guess it was being given 1% or skim milk every other dinner growing up.
Have you tried rice milk? It does not taste like cow's milk but has the mouth-feel similar to what ultra-skim milk would probably taste like.

Last had Chinese whole wheat noodles with a store-bought roasted garlic sauce that I spiced up with mushrooms, black olives, yellow onions, annnd some too-hot-to-eat-raw pepper. (Bought it to eat raw--Thankfully I sampled a piece before taking a huge bite.) Will need to add more garlic to the sauce before I take some to work--Not enough for my liking. :P

Yes I have... it's ok. I don't personally have any health issues with drinking/using real cow's milk. It was just a random question.

addictivepersona: probably closer to 'boiled the shit out of for 8 min.' Perfectly done, bright green and delicious! (I can't imagine how horrible they'd taste raw, ew.)

^ Haha, I can't imagine how they'd taste cooked like that! I prefer 'em lightly steamed (just a few minutes) or sauteed (take awhile). Raw, they taste similar to lightly cooked cabbage, but are very tough.

Last had steel cut oats with a banana and raisins.

^yum i love veggie subs i make those at home a lot too

been nomming on some super refreshing fruit salad today. man in summer i cannot get enough of fresh fruit. i usually have it a few times a day. my salad today for lunch was chunks of watermelon, red grapes, red raspberries, and sliced strawberries. summer watermelon is SOOOO GOOD =D
