^ It's all bollocks.
We can't fight a drug war on both borders, now can we?
Canada, you can do it.
Legalization in Canada would put more pressure on U.S. lawmakers to legalize. We can't fight a drug war on both borders, now can we?
^ I do believe that was his point.
If it does get legalized, you know the american dea is going to try to crack down on canada (threaten embargos and sanctions and whatnot) Doubt it'll work tho, unless harper bends the country over for the dea to ass fuck everyone
I think it was in "The Union" that they had a DEA agent or somesuch talking about how he refused to let Canadians continue to manufacture poison to export to his country, followed by a Canadian politician pointing out that the USA is the world's largest tobacco producer, and asking "who is exporting poison here?". That made me chuckle.
in BC it's pretty much decriminalized..4/20 at the art gallery was vendor upon vendor and dealers upon dealers in open air, sanctioned (even had a dealer rules sheet).
my friend had his case thrown out when a cop pulled him over and found just under an ounce of weed on him. judge said not to waste his time with college kids and their stash :D
