Fentanyl Patch 25MCG

^exactly. there are much safer opioids to be playing around with before stepping up to fentanyl. you said you don't intend on abusing them so i'd urge you not to take that back already.

abusing your pain meds on a regular basis isn't going to do you any favours either.
 
Unfort this is what its going to be, my doctor isnt a hey lets have a disc about this kind of guy, he treats me good but he doesnt let me have much choice in what drug I get. I do plan on from time to time putting a heating pad on, as one of my problems is my tooth which I fucked up in all places pakistan so yeah from time to time id like to speed it up not so much for the euphoria but for pain relief i hatre tooth pain, but any other pain really doesnt bother me that much, like my back. Anyway im going to take a hot shower unless people think thats a shitty idea, my tooth is still aching a bit and im def not high at all by any means, in fact I feel like im in slight withdrawl with higher bp and maybe a slightly higher pulse.
 
Fentanyl, take 10 minutes to heat, but I wouldn't mess with it until you know your tolerance real well. I need 150 mcg. and occationally heat it, but stand, so I don't nod with it heating my arm all day laying there. Be careful with the fentanyl, as others have said, there is no room for error, and you aren't allowed one mistake. Be careful with the fentanyl!
 
I guess my main concern is will 10 minutes release more than 1 or 2 doses of 25mcg? say i took a hot shower for 10 minutes and will the patch fall off?

Please reconsider the idea about heating up the patch. I heated one, same dose as yours, and was nearly unconcious within 1 hour. My breathing was extremely shallow and labored. It was intensely scary and I was aware of the danger that I was in while it was happening. With Fentanyl patches, it's very difficult to discern btw amounts that are safe or unsafe.

Sacred thanks for the advice, i did take it, my tooth was aching like hell, and so was my back I hurt it while in the Army in all places in Pakistan. Actually about 30 miles from where Bin Laden was killed recently. Pakistani's piss me off, well not really them as a people but you know they have these things called jingle trucks that are just retarded anyways im getting off subject.

Im onm the fent patch 25 yes, and you are right whats the poin t in warming these up and taking a chance for pain relief when I can just ask my doctor for 50 or 75mcg patches and not become a statistic on bluelight, "the typical dumb ass know it all who smoked a 72 hour patch and died instantly slumped over on his toliet with a giant shit simiring below similar to elvis"

btw all sorry for the mispelled and sutff but my keyboard is wireless and when the battyer gets low it starts scfrweing everytthing up ium sorry, i know it must be very hard to read this without wanting to stab my nut sack.

Pakistan...A place I consider to be hell on earth. But, being female, that's understandable. Thank you for your service to our country. Although I am liberal, I feel deep respect and admiration for men like yourself.

You can always ask your doc to authorize switching your patch every 48 hours, rather than 72. That is quite common, in fact. I complained that my patch was not lasting the full 72 ( it wasn't) and I was immediately told to switch it every 48. I phoned in my complaint to the nurses line and the nurse authorized my switch. This was at a pain clinic.

Yes Pakistan is hell on earth, and I am very liberal also. I joined because of my liberal views and made sure to get a job that would allow me to do humanitarian missions which is all I have ever did. They did send us to shitty places, often times without weapons but it was more fulfilling. I know it sounds racist and it shouldnt but it really is like the star trek enterprise landing on a new world with prime directive and all in place when dealing with most of these people, I SWEAR TO GOD. Take it as mean as you want if you waant to but its just true.

Yeah ill call my doc if need be, he doesnt beat around the bush, and I always ask for things by name, but always get what he wants to do. But he has no issue with increasing or decreasing doses upon asking, he has always been good about that. He just gets raised eyebrows when im like "lets do opana er/ir combo" Doc: "HHAHAHAHA, not gonna happen" me: ":(".

but after reading your opana er post (which ive snorted a few myself) I have a feeling that was a good thing. As im not gonna smoke or inject opana and its useless oral. First pill I had of Opana er was the brown 30s and I swallowed like half of it, nothing, snorted like a 4th of it and my face was fucked for like 13 hours

Humanitarian missions? That's totally awesome :) It must be so fullfilling to do so.

I think people are starkly unaware of the dangers of Opana ER, when snorting. I wish I had stayed on oxy's but there is no way my doc will go back to that. No way!! Especially since I was running out early every month for close to a year. He always had to tweak my dates and doses. He was strangely accomodating.
 
Wait til the tramadol and hydro wears off. When I was put on fent I waited til I was completely sober so I know how it affected me and if I felt it would be too much I could take the patch off and seek medical attention.


The patch is nothing to fuck with.
 
I took two 100mcg Fent gel patches and ate the insides, everyone said I should be dead. I don't understand what makes fentanyl so damn potent to everyone I know, but it done next to nothing to me. I was fucked up, but nothing more than slamming 90mg of Oxycodone

Done the same. Not saying its smart. I don't find fent euphoric.. But it is dangerous.
 
^It is more potent, it is one of the most potent drugs known to man. Not just opiates, but drugs in general. That's the end of the story. Just because you "should have died" doesn't mean the next person who tries it won't die. I've heard many, many stories from friends of mine who have seen people eat 100mcg patches and overdose right then and there. There is very little euphoria and you're taking a huge risk for a chance at a crappy high. Reconsider it.

Please be very, very careful when using these patches, or any fentanyl product. The danger is very real and people with little or no opiate tolerance how absolutely no business messing with anything that has fentanyl in it.
 
Fentanyl 25 mcg/hr

Sorry. I am new and am trying to figure out if I am posting correctly. Please forgive any duplicate posts.
 
Swim has a high tolerance to heroine though not thru IV'ing, snorting is her preference. She acquired a Mylan fentanyl 25 mcg/hr patch and would like to take sublingual. I don't her to "over do" it. Any suggestions on how to "dose" the patch safely. She's looking for a nice high. Thanks in advance!
 
Welcome to BL. First let me start by saying that it is against the rules here at BL to use "SWIM". It makes things hard to read and does absolutely nothing to prevent incrimination.

When you say that you have a "high tolerance to heroin" through snorting..what do you consider high?

The only safe way to use a fentanyl patch is to put it on your skin and wear it, and that is only if you have an opiate/opioid tolerance anyways. If you do have a high tolerance already, then a 25mg patch wont feel like a whole lot by wearing it. It has been said hundreds of times and it is ok to say again, fent is so dangerous, there is no room for even tiny mistakes when you are talking about dosing in mcgs and the window of feeling good is so tiny before you cross that line into deadly. Many BLers here have died from fent overdose, many of them very experienced in drugs and one of which I know was very experienced with fent itself. There is no safe way to abuse fent.
