not many people 'tip the scale' and really become habitual, regular, trippers. by regular i mean 4x a month or more. lol, i did way back when, but with a lot of meditation and a few years to catch up to the magntiude of the experiences, i came around.
you just need enough time to fully integrate and digest each experience...it varies for each person..the more you meditate, and take time out of your day to 'get things in order' and make sense of your progress, the quicker you seem to digest the experiences....
i've experienced, when i was younger, how a build-up of baggage forms with very regular tripping. the energy kind of piles up and floods over into your sober mind....lol, intense, but integratable with proper work.
when tripping becomes a primary part of your life....
then your life becomes very trippy....
even when you're not on your experience.
at some point the afterglow blends into the next experience, and then that bigger afterglow bleeds into another trip....after a while everything as far as you can remember is trippy...:D
i'd suggest not letting a habit to this degree form, but it's all about the individual...there were things i learned on my regular tripping that were integral to the development process of my being.
like they said, just take time to listen to your body...meditate. if you don't know how, then just go sit there and think....or sit there and don't think....before you know it...you're resting your energy and your life can organize itself. the more you intend on tuning into your bodies signals, the more you will :D
just take it one trip at a time...you'll feel what's right.
