Hey guys i was just wondering if i were to trip a lot (2 times a month for me) over the summer would that be potentially more dangerous than spacing out the trips more? also how much would tolerance effect my trips when using with less than regular down time.

definitely not physical harmful in any way, LSD is never directly physically harmful.

Mentally, however, is another story. Trips are not controllable in any real way unless it is a purposefully low dose trip.

or if you're familiar with the compound; it's only "uncontrollable" in the same sense that anything is uncontrollable from a skeptic point of view, I think... it only becomes truly uncontrollable at very high doses, IMHO. I've definitely been familiar enough with LSD and my own psyche to never have a bad trip or come close to it on LSD. YMMV though

You'll know how much is too much, if you check yourself.

Listen to your body, listen to your mind.

Don't ignore warning signs just because you don't want to believe that you need to slow down...

100% this^

There is no "proper frequency" for any drug... its different for everyone, even the same person depending on circumstances in their life at the time

im aware that no physical harm comes from LSD but what kind of warning signs am i looking for?
also anyone have anything to say about tolerance, or is that what you guys are getting at with the "controllable" statements?

When I know I need to take a break I begin to mentally feel tired or taxed. Then I take a break for however long it is for me to feel like tripping again. Basically don't set a rigorous schedule months in advance of when your going to trip on what.

Each to his own, if you are gonna trip 2 times a month, you will feel if its taxing your body or not...everyone is different. Personally I dont think it will be a problem, maybe you could build up a tolerance, but thats about all.

Just don't go everywhere and take LSD. When people start taking it four to eight times a month, after habitual use to a lighter degree, is when it becomes sketchy usually. Set and setting before the trip, and positive motion when it has begun.

I find after a satisfying LSD experience, I don't want to take it again for a while. It's a bit overwhelming, really. If you find yourself wanting to do acid all the time, I would question your sober mindset - why do you want to escape from reality so much.

And if you're really worried about your mental health, don't take it. Practice a little self control. Nobody here can offer you some kind of magic answer like 'only take it once a month and you'll be fine.'

not many people 'tip the scale' and really become habitual, regular, trippers. by regular i mean 4x a month or more. lol, i did way back when, but with a lot of meditation and a few years to catch up to the magntiude of the experiences, i came around.

you just need enough time to fully integrate and digest each experience...it varies for each person..the more you meditate, and take time out of your day to 'get things in order' and make sense of your progress, the quicker you seem to digest the experiences....

i've experienced, when i was younger, how a build-up of baggage forms with very regular tripping. the energy kind of piles up and floods over into your sober mind....lol, intense, but integratable with proper work.

when tripping becomes a primary part of your life....
then your life becomes very trippy....
even when you're not on your experience.

at some point the afterglow blends into the next experience, and then that bigger afterglow bleeds into another trip....after a while everything as far as you can remember is trippy...:D
i'd suggest not letting a habit to this degree form, but it's all about the individual...there were things i learned on my regular tripping that were integral to the development process of my being.

like they said, just take time to listen to your body...meditate. if you don't know how, then just go sit there and think....or sit there and don't think....before you know it...you're resting your energy and your life can organize itself. the more you intend on tuning into your bodies signals, the more you will :D

just take it one trip at a time...you'll feel what's right.
