Mate just got back from early morning fishing sesh with bags and bags of mackerel

Bought a wee tub of pasta in tomato sauce from Tesco for a quid and it was fucking rotten, horrible taste. Also a 'hot' Pepperami.

Had some Nandos peri-peri seasoning rub. Its tasty as fuck on your chicken.

Roasted a duck cripsy chinese style, had it with hoisin sauce, pancake wraps, spring onions and cucumber, some mushroom and chicken rice, beef chow mein and veggie spring rolls with sweet chilli sauce. Ace!

peanut butter brownies turned out great, I highly recommend them, used Skippy crunchy of course, and used 1/4 milk chocolate even though it says use all dark in the recipe.. I reckon you could just use a shitload of Nutella but it might not stick together

Earlier had red and yellow peppers baked (nothing against green) and stuffed with Quinoa, fried mushrooms and onions with goats cheese and a splash of soya sauce with baked Mackerel to go with it and just had the remainder of the Quinoa mix to keep me going on the net till all hours

My granddad used to go fishing every morning, and I'd have the smallest mackerel fried in butter for my lunch. Devon mackerel ftw.
