ive gotten high once this week, once last week, otherwise since the last week of march i havent gotten high/been taking any amphetamines

I find the best way to channel those vibes positively is through socialising with your best friends, expressing yourself through visual art (I find abstract with acrylics the best) vibrational art (dancing, skanking whatever ya feel) and making music (jamming on guitar or piano or whatever). If your shit at art or dancing, fuck it it don't matter, I never drew before I did md, after a party my mate gave me some paints and shit, I ended up attacking that canvas for 4 hours and I was pretty impressed with my piece, If anything it just helped me release what the MD was pushing to the surface.

what does this even mean? i dont have to be hetero to understand the dynamics of a girl to guy relationship/friendship. youre extremely naive to think that.
