According to Wikipedia, skatole and indole have very strong fecal odors, except at low concentrations they can have a flowery aroma apparently. AMT, to me anyways, smells like those little white balls that keep moths out of closets, which contain 1,4-dichlorobenzene. I do not smell a single trace of ANYTHING poop like when I take a whiff of AMT, just a remarkably potent moth ball odor.

I wonder if AMT is one of those chemicals that smells different to different people, due to genetic factors. I'm sure different batches can have very different smells as well, and I've only ever smelled one batch of AMT.

I am VERY glad it doesn't smell like poop, because after a dose of AMT is eaten, there is a short period of time where burping tastes soooooo strongly of mothballs. If it did that with poop smell, I would probably never ever eat AMT ever.

I have. Post AMT sleep has resulted in some of my most intense dreams ever.

I haven't had AMT in years as I accidentally threw it out while moving, but have some on order.

Oddly I find the doses most people are talking about in this thread much higher than the old days, so I'm not sure if the new AMT is weaker, or if I've been missing out all this time?

I'll probably start with 30mg, and after I've tested it on it's own, do an AMT+MXE combo...
 
is it possible to make a amt solution which doesn´t loose it´s potecy? i know you can make one by converting the freebase to a salt, which is soluble in water. but is it possible to dissolve the freebase in propylenglycole or ethanol (propably even in 40% liqouers)?

I think there's just a lot more people here these days introduced to the scene via the mephedrone boom and all the newer stimulants/empathogens, and so they dose higher either because they are looking for a strong triple monoamine releaser type experience or because their neurotransmitters are depleted and they need more. Personally, though, I've been using 60 mg freebase since the beginning of my RC odyssey in 2000. Nice to see you back e1evene1even.
 
I really love amt. Highest I went was 130mg in one go and that was still all right - not a mind-blowing overwhelming trip but absolutely great.
Btw, I don't get any of the common side effects when I take it oral. Something wrong with my digestion?

I really need to get a stock of this. It's a treasure!

sry, but i´d like to test the stuff within the next days, but my scale isn´t really trustworthy at such low doses 8)

Lsd and a dose of AMT a few hours into it. My friends and I call it an antiflip.

It's also good to do a few bumps up your nose instead, as it comes on faster and you can choose your dose more effectively.

bump amt? blehh

i was thinking lsd and amt would mix better if i took the amt first and then took the lsd once i started coming up on the amt, seems like they would match up better that way, come down around the same time.

Beware! A friend and I did both at the same time and were wired for 28 hours. Still worth doing, but you may be in for a long one. Though I've never done the AMT first, doing them at a similar time certainly seems to produce this effect.
 
Combinations

it's a very good drug for combos

I've got some experience with:

aMT+LSD: nice for potentiating the acid, but not very much synergy. physically quite demanding

aMT+4-HO-MiPT: absolute winner! was nearly overwhelming with 30mg aMT and 20mg miprocin. very nice synergy, one of my favourite trips (I find mipro rather boring on its own)

aMT+MXE: <3 favourite combination for psytrance parties. dose: 25mg aMT and 20mg MXE every 2 to 3 hours

aMT+MDAI: waves of euphoria, but felt like too much. extreme eye-wiggles

still have to try combinations with 4-AcO-DMT and n,n-DMT

good for introspective analysis? (most psychedelic thing i've done is MDMA)

plan to use just 30mg at home by myself, good idea?

furthermore from what i've read i think i'd rather plug it but how would i go about plugging the freebase?

Haven't tried it myself but I've heard oral cannabis (~2g) + aMT is great.
I'm planning on doing it myself and I'm really looking forward to it, seems like a combination that just can't go wrong :)
 
the two times ive takes amt i got really anxious and had a terrible time but this could have been down the stressful life circumstances. do you think it would be worth giving it one more go since at the moment theres nothing in my life to stress about?

whats the dosing for mxe+amt...? and ROA (oral)are they bombed both together in a mix? cheers
