Opioid users, which is your favorite and why?

My DOC is Levorphanol, but I only had it once & it blew the doors off of anything else I ever tried. I was given a shot of Levorphanol for outpatient surgery & I still felt incredible the first several hours & then the high slowly dwindled away. All together it lasted about 8 hours. I can only imagine what it would be like to take Levorphanol w/o having that pain from the surgery, oh my.....

2nd would be Hydrocodone, I take it for back pain....I wish they made Hydrocontin

3rd would be Oxycodone, the new OP's get you high but not as good as the old formulation(I never snorted any pills & dont ever intend too, my gf on the other hand has snorted every kind of pill ever invented, she loves the intranasal thing, imo, shes addicted to the method).

4th would be Codeine


Never tried Fentanyl or Heroin & to tell you the truth, I rather not ever try Heroin, although my curiousity is there for it, going on to the needle is a huge turn off for me which discourages me very much so, which is a good thing.


Imo, every opiate lover should try Levorphanol once in your life, you will not be let down, I guarantee it!
Also, Levorphanol is very euphoric, which maybe is why doctors dont prescribe it as much(just me assuming)

Oxy sometimes makes me moody & I get pissed off at people that talk too much when im on it.

1000mg of oxy, that could kill an elephant! (sarcastic) I dont see how you could lower your tolerance after taking all that stuff. Maybe if you stopped opiates completely for like 2 or 3 years, it could lower to half of what your are use to taking. Cant believe getting IV morphine & dolantine dont help but with a tolerance of your magnitude, maybe its that time to stop with the drugs & I know you dont wanna hear that but I dont know what else you could do.

no.... I have used 5 100mcg patchs once, I was just wondering the effect of 20 at one time

I see you did 400mg Methadone a day, am I right? Have you ever tried Levorphanol? Ask your doctor if he will prescribe it, its very euphoric, strong & will last long!

I never tried Levorphanol, I'll ask my doctor fot it, but I live in Brazil and don't know if it is found in drugstores....

Here the controled drugs are prescribed in many formularys (that word is right??)

EX. prescription type C for ex: codeine, antidepressants.

Type B for ex: benzos and anphetamines

Type A for strong opioids. The problem is that few drugstores sell type A drugs (because the control in that drugstore will be stroger), and few doctor have the specific formulary (that is the only one the doctor can't print or make it in graphics, the government only makes it, and it takes 1 MONTH to be ready)...

Definitely IV heroin.. my tolerance is way to high to enjoy anything else, which sucks. I used to love the high from oxy's but that was before I got back into heroin.

Neeoon, if you had to go in for surgey or go see the dentist for a tooth ache, would Vicodin take away the pain because I know you wont get high but I always wondered if pain meds like Vicodin & Percs would still work for pain?

Analgesia effects from opiods would certainly be lessened for an opiate tolerant person. Different opiates may have incomplete cross tolerance but, it would still make a difference. Pain management patients have to up their doses for the same effects for example.
 
No tolerance here except for what i call permanent tolerance (Ill never get as high as cheaply as I did when I was 14).

Nothing beats a nice blast of heroin with nod, but waking up with 30 mgs of methadone on your nightstand and having it start to kick in when you arrive to the jobsite is nice too.
 
I recently started getting into opana (oxymorphone) and I must say, I think it's my new favorite (for now at least. Maybe it's just a phase). Makes me nod harder than oxy, I can catch a nod a lot easier than oxy, and of course I can't get real oxy anymore except for those garbage op's and fuck that. These opana 40's hit me stronger than oxy 80's did (I'm getting them cheaper too fwiw) And for some reason I have vivid dreams/ ideas/ imagination or whatever the fuck you want to call it when I catch a real hard nod on higher doses for some reason. It doesn't have a smell either which I think is nice. Also I still like the consistency of of dose with pills rather than dope any day, there's no guessing or bad batches. Mmmmm, opana I love you.

Im gonna have to try these babys out one of these days. I dont want my tolerance to sky rocket just yet, so I will wait. Ive heard many good things about Opana.
 
I feel after doing H, the others do not really have much of an effect on me. . So, in that case I will choose sniffing H.

IME, snorting an opana 40 (just as is, without doing any kind of extraction) hits about like ~120-160 mgs of OC. Different buzz, slightly, so it's hard to compare.

Hehe..since you mentioned opana..perhaps a good companion thread to this would be What is your favorite opiate to Kick?.
