Given all the talk about the heroin drought I suspect the whole country is full of shite bags at the moment, Sadie :D

Acidtek: It is the worst system I've yet come across. I used to moan a bit about the docs where I lived before - same system you have. Used to wonder how you were supposed to know you'd be ill in three days (or indeed not better in three days) but at least you get a time and day even if you have to wait for a coupla days. It's pretty much blind luck or wait till Wednesday afternoon here.

Lucky you!. I've had around 6 hours sleep in the last two days combined. And there's not even been any fun or interesting reasons for this besides my usual aversion to my bed. 8)

When I was off work getting up at 2 was early. Even when I did technically get up I'd just get dressed then lie on my bed all day playing the computer or watching films.


Got back from work the night at about 8pm, nae weed left. Remembered I had a wee bit of soft black, smoked a joint off that 20 minutes & go then just got a good quarter of bone dry stinky green delivered right there. On ye go! =D

And there was me thinking the 'sacred white dog terd' was due to bacteria and oxidisation and all the time it was ash in the food!

Ash was always the reason I heard for the existence (and subsequent scarcity) of the Blessed White Shite of the Dawg. If it was bacteria and/or oxidisation (=D) then they'd still be common but since the ash content of dog food was cut they've all dried up. As it were.
 
Shambo, at my doctor you have to actually go into the clinic and book. So there's a huge queue of people there from aboout 8, ready for when they open at 8.30 so we can book. Try to phone up and they'll just tell you to come down...:X

i need an ass whipper or a home help, any volunteers, i m procratinating too much, i began to get meself a nice line in ocd a few months back, and then my brain just stopped functionning..... i ve got behind on me bills and everything and im stressed!!!!!
nd then an old mate comes back into me life, able to score decent gear, but now seems to think that its time for old times where i buy his gear, errr no thats not how its gonna work...but hes a hard one coz i know when i say well i lent ya20 quid, i bought yo a bag yesterday and i bought youa bag tue, so thats 40 quid you owe me, ...... i think he might get violent, and try and strangle me like he used to......fucking hell im so stooopid........ im rambling, but i gotta say this, i really have.......foook me see how it is coz i said a couple a weeks back its good to see ya agian, yev actually helped me out of me rut a bit..... dollar signs, surely i owe him now....... well what are friends for blah blah blah blah..........i got enough responsibilty, nd i took a brak from that , nd all the rest

I think you can opt to turn up in person when they open to try to get an appointment here but is pretty pointless cos the receptionist is on the phone booking appointments for other people anyway. A two-pronged attack - one on the phone, one on foot - would possibly be the most effective way to actually guarantee an appointment on the day.

I really can't be arsed though so only ever go in for the open surgery on Wednesday afternoons. Means having to wait hours (usually 3-4 hours) to actually see the doc but at least you will definitely get to see him at some point in the day. Take a book and make a day of it. Picnic even :)

First proper music I've made in months so that's also made me up :)

Had a shitter at the docs today though. Went to see any old doc as I'd gone through my meds early due to a shit week, was really honest, and the cunt practically insinuated I was a drug-seeker and that he couldn't and wouldn't do anything. I was asked questions, I stated why I'd come down and that I wouldn't have if it wasn't quite serious. He said my usual doc was in but she wasn't. So I asked him to talk to her, he said he would tomorrow, I was getting rather angry but held it in. He was saying things like "Well you should just stick to the dosage you're prescribed"... I felt like saying "Have you ever been through this shit? Do you have any idea about what I'm going through? Think it's easy?" but again I bit my tongue...

Eventually I asked for a phone consultation with her, got one, had to wait till 5pm to get my meds and even then they were fucked up [-_-]
So I'm going to have to go down again tomorrow to see her in person and rectify it... I hate doing this as it just adds to the "drug-seeker persona" :(
Ah well...
 
Why the fuck my surgery refuses advance booking for appointments is beyond me. Just means every cunt rings them at 8AM on the dot to try to grab a slot which jams the phonelines solid. If you aren't lucky enough to hit redial at precisely the right moment you just have to stay ill and try again the next morning. Bloody stupid system

Fucking stupid system. Mines is the same, I never seem to get through until about 9am and by that time there's no appointments left and I get told to call back at half 10 to see if there's any cancellations but so is every cunt else doing that. It can go on for days.
