anyone had quality issues? please snip this if it crosses a rule, not asking for a source, im wondering if anyone has experience fake batches, or different experiences with different batches from different places or even from the same place? - im suspecting I have unless tolerance can build in a few uses.

@Shambles "set and setting" I totally agree. but nearly every-time I have been in a situation where I want to be blasted into space. It doesn't happen. regardless of dose. but when i think "I have 2 hours to myself for a quick bump of whatever" I end up in a parallel universe for 24hrs unable to walk or move....just by looking at a baggie. dont even need to sniff it....

...re: morishness / addictive nature. from my first dose I thought "I'm going to get in trouble with this its too nice"...

but I'm changing my mind.

I'm not sure if the feeling has changed. the "poppy tea" effect seems to have faded. I cant be bothered to do high doses as I have things to do (its rare that "having things to do" would stop me, but it has.

... instead of heavy doses I changed to smaller "bumps" (30=50mg approx) at night / evening in-front of telly, equivalent of weed dose probably (dont smoke anymore)..but even this has worn off. i just cant be arsed. ...of course im going to do it again. LOTS, its just not a "ALL THE TIME hit that I was afraid it would be at first.

I like it even more now I feel reassured I'm not going into compulsive use. if that makes sense! "I love it more that I don't want to love it all the time"

any one else felt this?

Just like any drug, dosing daily will lead to you building a tolerance. Weed is the most friendly for this sort've thing so I wouldn't try to compare them. Take a few weeks break, although you'll probably still have some form of tolerance as I did.

Got 1g on the way now....looking forward to this, had relatively little experience with NMDA antagonists, DXM did next to nothing, order than at the very most, make me throw up repeatedly, give me nystagmus and blurred vision, but ket had to be one of the best psychedelic experiences I have had to date, right up there with DMT I would say, and that is quite saying something

Only others of its class I have tried are N2O, both whippits and from a tank, and diethyl ether, which I assume, given its subjective action is an NMDA antagonist..it definately shares in that distinctive feel that the other NMDA antagonists possess (including EtOH but oddly, absent from DXM..I think I just respond badly to the latter)

Opioid activity....figured it would have. Is this a great deal stronger than K itself, or just a little? it appears definately from what I read to be somewhat stronger.

Its making me wonder if it would be suitable for coming off a low dose daily opioid use (120mg DHC/d) after tapering down but being unable to finish the job and remain functional, low-moderate opioid activity yet a strong NMDA antagonist......We shall have to see.

Yup. The "unofficial" stuff I mentioned above and sampled yesterday late afternoon was either completely fake or very heavily cut. Not sure what with but my suspicion would be one of the "Eric" products or some other crap they had loads left in stock that nobody would touch. It was a white powder but nowhere near as fluffy and voluminous as the official product - also had a more crystalline consistency.

Cos I'm a complete fuckin' idiot I though I'd try a lil bit anyway. Bad idea. Whatever was in it must have been active cos even a tiny amount was pretty strong. Also fairly pleasant at first. Unfortunately that was probably cos it was potentiated to what ended up being rather dangerous levels as I had taken my first dose of tramadol for the day a few hours earlier. After deciding I quite liked it even though it clearly wasn't MXE I redosed just 20-30mg attempting to be a bit cautious. Ended up stiff as a board, highly agitated, massively overstimulated and dripping with sweat, totally delirious and wide awake for 24+ hours. Have had Serotonin Syndrome before and this was the same reaction only milder. Thank fuck I only took such a small amount or I'd likely be an ex-Shambles - getting lucky twice is beyond lucky but am very glad to be such a lucky boy.

Stuff cost the same as the official vendors and came in a clear baggie with the chemical name and weight printed on a label. Far more homemade-looking than the legit packaging but not totally amateurish. Wasn't me that ordered it but maybe the person who did will take the point about sticking to official vendors rather than thinking it's all just a scam and not wanting to be "taken the piss out of". The fella not on tramadol said it was a bit stimulating with some euphoria and not at all dissociating - he also needed way more than standard MXE doses to get any effect at all.

sounds awful! Many are even questioning the 'official' vendors as they too have started selling strange chemical concoctions which are branded wit ridiculous names like 'pink champagne'. Also some benzo fury from one of the 'official vendors' was recently tested by ecstacydata and found to contain nowt.

I think mxe is very stimulating which is kind of annoying. not one i would choose as a sleeping aid. my heart was beating a million beats per minute last night..

So taking whatever compound you took at the same time as Tramadol causes serotonin syndrome? Have heard about SS but not will look into it now. Tram is a synthetic opoid right? I am on Buprenorphine any chance of similar reaction?

sorry to hear about the S.Syndrome. hugs. last years NRG-Crap and its likes put me in bed for 3months and im still going through tests to find out whats wrong. this is the first RC ive touched in that time. Not even alcohol and certainly not street drugs in months.

I had two separate grams from the same place again both in clear bags with a printed label, usual from this supplier. both felt different. im away atm but i have a sample of each at home and will compare. the second i know i have not had a dissociative effect from, but "stoning" i had as seen in thread put it down to tolerance.

home after the weekend, plan on sampling from one of the so called "official" supplies and my usual source. (im kinda disappointed this "official" supply story is still in circulation i thought Bent Furbies (6-apb) or whatever it is....killed that story, but will give it a go.

sad. Eric has a lot to answer for. I'd like him to answer for a suspected stroke, Serotonin syndrome on one occasion, and damage to my kidneys and gal bladder that are all being tested still 6-months later.......Id also like to bill him for the time spent in MRI machine and 90 min joy having gal bladder scan last week...........

I kinda hoped the 2010 era of buying unknown shit from trusted places had blown over! oh well.

Bupe should be fine, I think. It's the SNRI action of tramadol that causes problems - SS is listed as a potential side-effect even taken alone but in combination with serotonergics it gets very dodgy indeed. Bupe is a straight opioid (well, sort of - compared to tram it is anyway) and I've never heard of it being iffy to mix with other drugs other than precipitated withdrawals if taken with opiates.

The thing about the "official" vendors stuff is that they really do invest in getting exclusive rights to sell their products - initially at least. Takes ages for other vendors to find a lab willing to try to copy the products and very few are prepared to stump up the cash to pay for it when they can just sell anything they have lying around for the same price just by sticking a different label on it.

I suppose they could but it's not something I've seen happen yet. Rather surprised I haven't, to be honest. The "official" sites are widely known as just that since the 6-APB thing. Although MXE seems to be very strongly tied to one in particular this time. I'd imagine it depends on who's invested most and put the work in to get it to market. Dunno if the "official five" actively collaborate or whether it's more a loose connection but either way I think just about everybody knows which site(s) is definitely safe to order from. If not it really isn't too hard to tell - they are the only ones claiming legitimacy I've seen anyway. The others mainly focus on bitching about it and being proud that they're not whilst happily selling shite to their customers.

It is odd that they don't but I think as everybody knows they aren't "official" they'll just look stooopid and nobody will believe them anyway. Plus they were all very keen to claim it was all bollocks and they can supply the same stuff easily that they've kinda staked their reputation on it. Those reputations must be getting pretty tatty by now though but some people are still more interested in sticking their fingers up to the idea of being expected to buy from particular sites rather than their usual ones than they are in not being sold bunk/fake product

that really saddens me as i was VERY unwell to the point of being bedboud and requiring a lot of emergency treatment like is said for about 3months. still no cause has been found. but a detox and lifestyle change, seems to have picked me up. this MINX MXE stuff is the first thing ive dabbled in and i seem to tolerate it. but i have no intention of taking those risks again. oh and obviously part of it may have been my newbie approach to the grey area with "no scales" which i have rectified. and one horrible "wrong bag" experience that gave me the "ok,.....i just took maybe 100x the dose of something....." cant blame it entirely on dodgey chems. but they take 90% of the blame!

Sharp learning curve, especially stupid as I come from a medical back ground. However at 3am weighing out 5-25mg of something even like MXE can be a challenge when giving up and "just pouring a bit" ending up snorting the entire bag can happen to the best of us.....

...one comic moment on a dissociative - trying to judge the size of a line by its distance...which varied from 100km to infinity and back ......
