if its prn start with .5mg if anxietys mild then if no good take 1mg panic attacks ect. Then on your good dayzz youzz dont need to use it say for two dayz then if you have a major panic attack or feelin quite anxious through a bad day then the ones youve saved through not takin on a anxiety free day will level its self out like. So basicly we all have good and bad dayz. But on one of your bad dayz .5mg prn prescribed aint doing the trick then take 1 of your prns youve saved from a anxiety free day.So you dont over use dont build up a tolerance so quick.So just be savvy and just take it when you need two and dont when your okay then you stick two your dose in your doctors eyes and youve got the saved PRN to do the trick use in moderation start low build up be good.%)

Why not take 1.5mg right now and see how it affects you before doubling the dose... 3mg would put me to sleep

i definetly will but does it make the effects stronger or just kick in faster? Because i dont need them to kick in fast. I just need the effects to be as strong as possible. I starved myself all today to make sure i had an empty stomach for the pills and i still felt nothing

DON'T take 3mg...it will definitely slam dunk yer face into the carpet. At most I would say 2mg.

Lorazepam 2mg would have me fellin drunk without the booze in my system and ive been on benzodiazepines 7 years used nearly every day in that seven years. still only take 15 mg diazepam a day. You know how being savvy using when needing to occassional recreationally as well but the key two enjoying benzos 4 years like me is a balancing act and being benzo savvy and common sense. Because you start banging down 567mg a pop what happens if dr stops um or your trying 2 get scripts weeks early youll be fucked occasional recreational use couple times a week the rest balancing them out buddie straight up.

Cross that bridge when you get there, but chances are good that 2mg will have you feelin something.
30 - 45 minutes after taking 2mg orally if you don't feel anything then go another 0.5mg and wait another 30 minutes. Keep repeating this pattern until you find your optimal dose.

Because i dont mean two sound boring im just trying two establish the best method for you if your using them long term phychologicly and physicly thats all bruv

Than you wait till your suppose to see your Dr again and tell them what is going on... You dont want to be on there nut wanting other benzo's and look like a addict.... If 1.5 or 2mg doesn't help you what so ever, that would really surprise me

I Agree with Unbreakable buddie i was not tryin 2 rain on your parade just work out how long you were plannin on dabblin with benzos thats all buddie 2mg should be sweet.
