Greenlighter
Hey there bluelighters im new here so be nice...
Ive got a question if anyone can help out,
ive been suffering from insomnia for around 8 years now with the last 3 years been the worst. Ive been to multiple doctors and explained my circumstances (not asking for benzos or anything) just asking if there is anything they would recommend to help me relax and stay asleep.
Around a 6 months ago my gf was prescribed a low dose of seriquel (25mg) and she suggested i give it ago and see if it helped with a few days of taking a small dose half of a 25 mg or a whole depending on how bad i couldnt sleep i noticed a substantial difference in my sleeping patterns, i was sleeping incredibly well and waking up feeling great. My question is this how should i approach a doctor to tell him this without sounding like a drug addict trying to get a fix?
or if anyone knows anywhere that i could go to discuss my sleeping problems it would be much appreciated.
thanks!
