You should definitely cut down your dose. 100+mg methadone is going to take months to taper once you're ready to be off. If you get cut off somehow without tapering, you'll be in a really rough spot, too. I recommend you get the dose to at least under 100mg, preferably well under 100mg, so that when you're ready to quit, you won't have to taper for a few months to get to the point where you can even think about quitting.

yea I do see that.. However I've only been dose'n every 2 to 3 days! Ussualy it last about 3 days for me

....and after only 4mg's of suboxone...you should be able to feel your methadone at any time almost. maybe you might have to wait like 4-12hr's but i have noticed practically zero "blocking" effects from suboxone 4mg's and under.

I guess it depends on the person. I've had heroin almost totally blocked by 4mgs suboxone slightly over 24 hours later.

And thanks Pegasus. I dosed a few mgs of kratom, it got rid of the slight withdrawal i had but im not going to bother taking a full dose until tomorrow then. I ended up having to take one last dose of suboxone today because the kratom didn't arrive until tonight.

As sad as it is, it is so true. Haven't tried a phantom spank though... ....its actually proven by university studies(sry dont have a reference and am too tired to look it up at 4 a.m.) that regular masturbation(or regular orgasm or "cumming" to say it proper) is healthy for men(not sure about women but it probably works the same).....it helps keep your prostate "in order" and just keeps things healthy overall.

Maybe we can agree that's it's nasty shit... but it is also true. Personally, I have only once gone 4 weeks without release while on heroin, and it was indeed yellowish when I finally got around to ejaculation. And my oh my was there a shitload of it! Considering that it was only once that this happened for me, I might be wrong in claiming that it always becomes yellow. But from research on the net, it seems that it is quite common that man juices change color for the worse from prolonged stay in the testes/scrotum. There are millions of sperm cells that start dying off after a number of days(around a week if I am not mistaken), and yes, as is posted above, some of this will make it's way out naturally, but the majority of it needs to be ejaculated through orgasm. The testicles are constantly producing sperm, so you need to keep it flowing so to speak, in order to make rooom for the new guys. Sort of like a refugee camp... the refugees will keep coming, and the longer they stay, the higher chances are that they will become sick, so you need to find a solution where you can integrate the refugees into society. Otherwise it will become too crowded in the camp, and stuff will start going wrong... fucked up analogy, dont know how i just came up with that but, ahhh what the hell.

^ WTF!? it just drips out while you shit? thats wierd, no offense, but I think that isnt normal. Of course i don't know the details, but to me that sounds totally fucking wierd... I know that small amounts, and by this i mean like a spot the size of an ant, are slowly released, but this is not nearly enough to keep the whole works down there in healthy working order. First let me stress I apologise for being lazy and not searching more. Anyway I got a chance to try real methadone, orange diskettes, took 30mg yesterday, 40mg today, I'm addicted to bupe, I dosed the night before I took 30mg. I got a little buzz off the meth, it cost me nothing, however like most junkies I'm scared of wd. I have 120 8mg subs, no chance I can dose tomorrow morning I guess, but is 36 hours suffficient, I have a fast metabolism and get sick quick. Do I just have to go by the old "take it when you're feeling like dying method?"

I'd say wait like 2 days after the methadone to take the sub again, unless you feel you are in withdrawal sooner than that.

Be carfull taking it to soon... I made that mistake not that long ago and holly shit was that the worst feeling in the world... I'd say wait at least two days before jumping back on the subs if it was me..never do I want to feel that feeling again ever... I'm also addicted to methadone so maybe not much help.. I hate when an order tracker says your package is out for delivery but it hasn't arrived yet. Mines been out for delivery in my town since 920am its 420 pm now.

On topic though, im so happy to be going through with this - been on suboxone for way to long. like 2 1/2 times as long as i was using heroin... With random amounts of withdrawal everyday for the last 8 months. Its so discouraging.

I also relocated to Canada lately to stay away from my H contacts (my last dealer used to miss call me every morning before work if i was late to calling her, What a vicious nightmare!) and to get my Subutex i life have to cross the borders and pick it up from the US, as in Canada they only have Suboxone, which i don't really like for some reason i still ignore.
