regardless of whether you think the best choice for the OP is to go see a doctor, that's not what he asked about, and i don't think we should try to pressure him into doing that.
1. you can use tramadol to get off your dope/oxy habit. you will need to-and i would definitely try to- taper down a fair amount first, which you can do pretty quickly on those drugs and then switch over at some point when you're pretty low. i did this once before when i was doing b/t 100-160mg/day oxy, and within a week i had that way down and switched over to darvocet for a few days, experienced no (zero) withdrawal. i don't know how common that experience is, but i assure you i had been doing at least 100mg/day every day for over a year, and i was totally done in 2 weeks with no withdrawal. i'm not saying you won't relapse that way or that you'll be permanently cured, but you can get through the w/d part without any real discomfort if you put forth the effort, and i know that i was able to do it. granted, i got bored and relapsed a few weeks later, but from a strictly physical perspective, this can happen.
2. also, those suboxone strips can get you off opiates without having to go through the whole maintenance treatment stuff if you don't want to, although it is often advisable for mainaining long-term sobriety. when you start experiencing withdrawal, take like 1-2 mg of that strip and wait a few hours. hopefully that will be ebough to prevent anything serious, but feel free to up it by a mg or so if your life still sucks. 24-36 hours later, take like another 1 or 2 mg, 24-36 hours later take half that, 24-36 hours later, half that, etc. Or do a search on quickly tapering off opiates with suboxone. There are 2 (competing) things to keep in mind when trying to quickly taper off opiates with suboxone: 1) the longer you stay on a very low dose of suboxone (e.g. .25mg), the less severe w/d will be, and 2) the longer you stay on suboxone, the more severe w/d from suboxone will be. i'm not quite sure how to effectively balance these competing interests, but if you just take as small amount as possible as infrequently as possible and keep tapering lower, you should be able to taper off drugs without too many complications.
****i'm not getting into psychological stuff here, only physical.
