for those familiar, today I can vouch that Four Loko (4Loko) is not a god sleep aid.
before bedtime
Cyamemazine as much as i want (an anti psychotic which is also sedating)
loprazolam 1mg (hypnotic benzo)
Diazepam 30mg (sedating muscle relaxing benzo)
Meprobamae 1.2 grams (Sedating muscle relaxer, the main metabolite of carispodol (Soma))
Aceprometazine 30mg (sedating anti-histamine)
Buprenorphine, i sometimes tke a bit in the evening coz it helps chill (opiate)
thats it ATM, but new legislation where i live is going to reduce the boxes of meprobamate/aceprometazine to 5 pills per box instead of 30, and docs will not be allowed to Rx more than 1 pill a nighet (400mg meprobamate/10mg aceprometaibe) because of old people who take it and then have accidents thee next day... which is just stupid becoz when the pharmacist told me this I said "it's the same thing with long lasing hypnotic benzos", she said "thats why docs don't prescribe long lasting hypnotic benzos to old people" to which i said "well why not just do th same with meprobamate/aceprometazine, and just not Rx it to the elderly, instead of completely changing the legislation....." IMO/IME meprobamate/aceprometazine is the best sleeping pill out there, also coz it doesn't have strong amnesic properties like many hypnoic benzos (Flunitrazepam for instance....

Anybody else watch television when laying in bed before going to sleep after you take your medication? Does it help you?
I've just become almost dependent on the television. No sound makes my mind race. Maybe I can try music but my music is stimulating also.

Anybody have eating tips for sleep hygiene? I tend to have a problem with late night snacking, whether I've smoked pot or not. If I've smoked pot the eating is usually no problem for trying to sleep as the pot does the trick.
I've heard different things about eating at night. I read somewhere that eating carbs does something such that tryptophan is more readily absorbed? could be way off but it was something about carbs and tryptophan. I'm vegetarian so turkey is out of the question, not vegan but also dislike milk so a glass of warm milk is out
I'll late night snack some Top Ramen. I just open the bag and pour the dry noodles in a bowl. I don't know how that effects my sleep though.
