Ive been on 6mlg of xanax XR daily along with 4-5 kpins for over a month now and im gonna be out completely for 3 days will I start having withdrawals? Im really scared cause ive both seen people have withdrawals and heard about it.
Benzo withdrawls are bad, but they take quite awhile to develop. I've done xanax for a couple of months without any WD's. Not at anywhere near those doses though. Why not cut down your doses enough to save back something for those three days?

Why would a doctor start you out on 6mg Xanax XR and 4-5 Klonopin the first couple of months? That sounds really excessive, usually doctors start with a low dose before moving you up and generally don't put someone on TWO benzodiazepines for the same thing. I dunno, that just sounds strange.![]()

As for your problem, you may have only been on benzos for a month (or so) but those are really high doses. Its possible you may suffer some moderately mild withdrawals during those 3 days. You should be fine the first day since the Klonopin has a pretty long half-life. Try to keep your mind off the fact that you aren't taking benzodiazepines the next couple of days so you don't begin to panic. The first sign of withdrawals is generally anxiety.
