I'm sure the Meph didn't help at all. You probably depleted a good amount of 5HT. I'm glad to hear you came out ok. Hope you learned something from this brief period of madness.
 
As always a wonderful read Xorkoth, and I hope on a personal level that your overcoming will do nothing but develop and evolve your character and well-being, like you said, "I can emerge even more centered and balanced". <3
 
hey eric make sure to eat plenty of protein rich foods in order to replenish your monoamines now (amino acids found in protein are the building blocks of serotonin and dopamine).

and get sleep.

I realized this and was very pleased. Somehow profound to me. Suppose we share the moon, as well. More so, we all look and admire the same beauty, we're all supported by the same thing...

Oh man... I'm destroyed. I had an extremely profound 4-day trip basically. A strong reminder to myself to stay AWAY from stimulants and empathogens.

All things in moderation. Empathogens are wonderful drugs but they're meant for single (and maybe supplement) dose. Just keep it in perspective how wonderful they are when not used to excess. <3

As Munefesta said; lots of protein, tryptophan supplement maybe. Get better man :)
 
Xorkoth, don't forget to help yourself to plenty of foods rich in antioxidants: fresh fruit and vegetables, green tea, yerba mate, red wine, chocolate, olive oil, etc. Good luck. :)
 
So I just had my first class; feels weird to be a student again. It's really good though; I feel like I'm actually working towards my own interests instead of doing someone else's busywork. :)

That's great to hear, Pep. :) I've been toying with the idea of finishing school sometime soon, but I'm not sure how soon yet. Maybe I'll take a class or two part-time next semester to see how that goes. It'll definitely be weird to be indoors most of the time again, not sure if I'm ready for that! 8o

Yeah, I'm working on that. I'm thinking of going to the store and getting some more nuts and other stuff because now we're almost out. I've been eating as much as possible though. I think tonight or tomorrow morning I'll make a bunch of tasty scrambled eggs. :)

And yeah, sleep... it's hard not to sleep. I finally feel consistently awake for the first time today but still really tired. I've been taking multivitamins and piracetam and extra b vitamins at various stages, and idebenone and centrophenoxine occasionally. That and the food and the sleep is making me feel a lot better, but I'm definitely still a little ways off. Most importantly my mood isn't bad, and I'm carrying some of the glow forward from the peak, before the delerium.

Yeah, of course, in moderation. I knew it at the time but I guess there's something in me that sometimes just says what the fuck and gives in to compulsion. I've been good about it but I slipped.

But when I said I don't think I need empathogens anymore, I mean it, at least right now as I say it. I never get anything from them that I can't get with something else like DMT-related compounds of all sorts, DOC, and mescaline. And all of those leave me feel wonderful and don't compulse me to redose. They just feel SO much better for me personally, even when considering single-dose, occasional, responsible use of empathogens.

And regarding art, particularly writing, which is a big part of what I use psychedelics for these days, empathogens can get words pouring onto the page, but usually I find those ideas need fleshing out or repairing later on. If I use something like DOC, for example (since it's the best example I've found), not only can I get a focused, relaxed 24-hour stretch in, but it both gets the words flowing and also gives me hyper-focus on the details, structure, and word choice, so that I never have to go back and revise anything. I sometimes revise my earlier works though with a DOC state going. ;)
 
Mmm JWH-081 is really nice. It's different to 073 definitely, this does feel quite a bit like a sativa but there are some nice indica undertones, I feel nice and tired, it'll be great to finally get some stoned sleep for the first time since March.

It also seems to have massively improved my vasoconstriction, my legs no longer cramp up or hurt when I walk, same for my hands, and I feel better in general, I'm really glad.

Anyway, just going to play some more Battlefield Bad Company 2 (Man I missed stoned gaming!), then make some food, and get some sleep. Night in advance everyone :)

nah man, I'm a pc gamer. I could do with a console though really, I used to hate consoles for solo gaming but its so nice to just chill with a spliff playing 360 or ps3, while sitting/laying in bed.
