am i the only person here (apart from ashtray girl who's got enough sense to enjoy punk) who likes music with guitars in it? i can only stand electronic music when i'm fucked, and then its quite a limited selection.... and that said i don't know half the genres mentioned so they might have some guitar...

i love punk but a punk gig would be a shit venue for a meetup...
 
Look. It's going to be in Bristol. It's going to be some sort of heavy electronic music night. We are all going to have good times. Lets decide on which night to attend!

I pretty much only like music with guitars bar a few exceptions.

yes you're right... so if anybody wants to specify a dnb night in leeds, please do!

DS- would absolutely love to come to a night in bristol, i used to live there and fucking miss the place badly (have you ever been to leeds and seen how much of a hole it is?), but don't realistically see myself going that far to meet some internet madheads.
 
We held a decent meetup or two in Leeds years back, sorted houses for afters and everything, i miss absolute debauchery at the west indian centre, best venue in leeds for a right ol' mashup.
 
fuck heard that place mentioned a few times, need to get myself there... though before doing that need to find people who want to go. if you fancy it again you can sleep on my sofa bed lol.

so on my browser it says there's been 36 bristol votes but 6 voters... though mine wont let me vote twice, which would have had to happen for those stats to be right, so maybe my browsers lying to me.

also, a meetup in bristol does not exclude meetups elsewhere!!! whens the next subdub/whatevers good, can't find any reference to it online but am a bit drunk (its ridiculously early i know)

everyone is just going to vote for the place that's nearest to them anyway so the poll would probably still be reasonably faily. Bristol seems a good bet like.
 
Even the Scottish folk dinna want to meet each other in Scotland, whats the chance of anyone else wanting to.
