OK, I now definitely agree with you, invert.
My glowing report on 100mg of 6-apb was influenced by the 250mg of MDAI that I took at the same time. After taking 250mg of MDAI on its own, I find that most of the positive effects I reported were down to the MDAI, not the 6-apb. 6-apb was responsible for the negative effects. Or perhaps I should say, my irresponsible behaviour with 6-apb resulted in negative effects. Please don't tell me off, I know I've been stupid, I'm posting here for the purposes of HR.
Specifically, prior to my 6-apb/MDAI combo, I took 200mg (two pellets) of 6-apb, on its own, crushed, swallowed, on an empty stomach. Fuck.

Never again. Very lucky to get away with it. (I'd conducted an allergy test, and 50mg earlier, with no effects whatsoever.) Got me thinking.
6-apb has been described by some experienced drug users as pleasant, euphoric, as "mdma with visuals". If this is how you experience the drug, good for you, no, I really mean it. You are the lucky ones. If this is you, ignore this post and enjoy!
If, however, like me you suffered a bad reaction, or you are uncertain as to whether to give this one a try, read on.
Whatever the subjective effects, 6-apb is a structural analogue of MDA, not MDMA. Doesn't necessarily mean it will act in the same way (functional analogue) but it sure felt that way to me in what I am now convinced was an overdose. Run your eye over all the recent posts on this thread - especially the negative ones - and then consider the following:
Take a look at the Bluelight information on MDA. (Thank you ceryc, it's excellent.)

Anything stand out?
"What is the experience like?
The effects of MDA are very similar to MDMA. I want to focus on how MDA feels opposed to MDMA. As MDA is not as potent at the 5ht1 sites (see above) the mood lift as compared to MDMA is thought to be less. Still there, but less. Since MDA acts much more on the dopamine and norepinephrine systems, it is considered to be speedier than MDMA. People often report the unstoppable urge to dance and move all night on MDA. The visual factor is much more pronounced, especially the closed eye visuals (cevs). With a higher does, oevs are possible. This seems to come into effect later in the trip for most people. MDA is considered to have a harsher comedown with more day after negative effects."
Sounds like 6-apb? You bet. A few bits sent a shiver down my spine.
"What kind of negative effects can I get from MDA?
Well, you can die. No I’m not joking. MDxx drugs are considered to be relatively safe, but if you take them irresponsibly, then the risk of death or serious bodily harm are increased greatly."
Hm. OK then, what's on Wikipedia? Not a lot for 6-apb or 6-apdb, but MDA has this (Remember the recent posts on this thread?) :
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3,4-Methylenedioxyamphetamine
notably
"MDA is also considered less predictable than MDMA, with effects varying greatly from person to person."
and
"MDA also differs from its methylated cousin MDMA in its acute toxicity—it is clearly more toxic, with toxicity indicative of overstimulation of the central nervous system and the cardiovascular system ... Death is usually caused by cardiac effects and subsequent hemorrhaging in the brain (stroke)."
Ooo. OK then.
Couldn't find much on overdose for MDA, but the following for MDMA was revealing. I've put
bold on the ones I experienced, and a

on those which were especially prominent:
"Overdose.
Upon overdose, the potentially serious serotonin syndrome, stimulant psychosis, and/or hypertensive crisis, among other dangerous adverse reactions, may come to prominence, the symptoms of which can include the following:
* Psychological
o Disorientation and/or confusion
o Anxiety, paranoia, and/or panic attacks
o Hypervigilance or increased sensitivity to perceptual stimuli, accompanied by significantly increased threat detection
o Hypomania or full-blown mania
o Derealization and/or depersonalization
o Hallucinations and/or delusions
o Thought disorder or disorganized thinking
o Cognitive and memory impairment potentially to the point of retrograde or anterograde amnesia
o Acute delirium and/or insanity
* Physiological
o Myoclonus or involuntary and intense muscle twitching
o Hyperreflexia or overresponsive or overreactive reflexes
o Tachypnoea or rapid breathing and/or dyspnea or shortness of breath
o Palpitations or abnormal awareness of the beating of the heart
o Angina pectoris or severe chest pain, as well as pulmonary hypertension (PH)
o Circulatory shock or cardiogenic shock
o Vasculitis or destruction of blood vessels
o Cardiotoxicity or damage to the heart
o Cardiac arrest, myocardial infarction, and/or heart failure
o Hemorrhage and/or stroke
o Severe hyperthermia, potentially resulting in organ failure
* Miscellaneous
o Syncope or fainting or loss of consciousness
o Organ failure (as mentioned above)
o Possible brain damage
o Coma and/or death"
Sound familar kids? Yup. You too?

I repeat - if you had a good reaction to this drug, then that's really great! You've found a beauty. But a good time is not guaranteed. Be careful out there. Don't be an idiot like me. Step up REALLY carefully. Allergy test, then up the dose by as small an increment as you like, with PLENTY of time between increments. Whole days is good.
Thanks everyone!
