Big fan of The Stone Roses, did any of you know that the reason Squire named his new band The Seahorses os that it's an anagram of He Hates Roses ;)
 
5 becomes 10 anyway once it goes up the shitter, from 'is it in yet' to 'get that ****** thing out' when it's only half way in...keep pushing and you have rodeo sex as in see how long you can hold on for. :)

He hates roses isn't an anagram of The Stone Roses though, there's no T in 'He Hates Roses' for a start. :p

The Seahorses album is actually really good. It's just Squires solo stuff that was a bit crap.
 
I like the album aye.

I saw Chris Helme, the singer of The Seahorses in my 2nd year of Uni at my Student Union, probably in 2000.

They split around that time I think. Mainly cos Squire and Helme argued, sounds like a little bit of history repeating.

And anagrams and acronyms often leave the T out if there's not room for it ;) The Seahorses has a T though.
 
Very funny post there Spade, easy to get mixed up i guess... Missing the 'T' was classic too

'The Seahorses' is an anagram of 'He Hates Roses', easier if you write it down :)

How the F does everyone put pictures up on here? I spent an hour long odyssey in the mess that is the "gallery" does everyone really use that to put stuff up (if you don't have a flickr account or similar) ?
