It's not the fact that people like the green stars that annoys me - I mean.....I think it's pretty clear that most people absolutely love them. What annoys me is that people are claiming they're MDMA when they just aren't!!!

Seriously man, have a look at the effects profile of MDEA - a lot of people really love it.

3,4-Methylenedioxy-N-ethylamphetanime (MDEA, MDE; "Eve") is an entactogen, psychedelic, and stimulant of the phenethylamine and amphetamine chemical classes.

Like MDMA ("Ecstasy") and related methylenedioxyphenethylamines, MDEA acts as a serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine releasing agent. It requires a slightly larger dose (100–180 mg) than MDMA (80–140 mg), with major effects lasting typically between 3–5 hours.[1][2]

because why would someone go to the bother of getting all the ingredients to make decent pills and go and make mdea, its not like its easier, cheaper or more illegal to make.
Also everyone else i know who has ever tried those pills agrees that they are definitely MDMA, one of the best pills they've had.
It feels like all the MDMA pills iv had in the past, and a nice strong dose of it at that!
Just take a look at the reports on pillreports from people!? its so obvious they are MDMA!!

Again. Look at PR. Loads mention 'loved up'. Just because you didn't particularly feel it the one time you took them does not mean they are not MDMA. The vast majority on here and PR think they are MDMA. These sites by their very nature attract people who, ye know erm, know what MDMA feels like. Are you honestly saying we are all wrong?

And as has already been mentioned in this thread, MDEA is made using ethylamine, whereas MDMA is made using methylamine. Ethylamine is less closely monitored than methylamine, which may mean that it is currently more readily-available to the drug manufacturers than methylamine (which would mean that the drug manufacturers are churning out MDEA instead of MDMA). In other words, there is a perfectly logical explanation as to why MDEA may currently be cheaper and easier to manufacture than MDMA.

Also everyone else i know who has ever tried those pills agrees that they are definitely MDMA, one of the best pills they've had.

The thing is..............I've seen this kind of hysteria about MDEA pills before. I lived in Australia from early-2006 til early-2009, and trust me - MDMA is all but non-existant over there.

But then in late-2008, a pill called the 'white mercedes' came out. They were the talk of the town in Melbourne. Several of my friends had them and said they were 'absolutely top notch', with some people even saying they were the best pills they'd ever had. Then when I had them, whilst I did enjoy them, I came to the conclusion that they contained little or no MDMA.

Shortly after I had them, this pillreport was made. It's one of the best pill reports I have ever seen. The pillreporter ('ekstasis', who I think used to be one of the pillreports moderators) goes into great detail about why he beleives those pills are infact a combination of MDEA + speed. But if you look at the comments under the report, you'll see that most people absolutely loved them.

I would actually say that, given the complete lack of MDMA in Australia, the combination of MDEA + speed would be my next best choice. Those pills actually felt a lot like the green stars I had last weekend, although the white mercedes made me dance a bit more (which is easily accounted for by the fact they contained speed as well as the MDEA). But, even though I did like them, they still rank a long long way behind MDMA in my estimation.

But the idea that MDEA is an 'unpopular' drug is a myth. Honestly, I think a lot of people love the stuff.

Instead, all I hear about is 'eye-wobbles', 'gurning', and feeling 'fucked' (all of which are known effects of MDEA).

eye wobbles, gurning and feeling fucked are all known effects of MDMA aswell.

I have a source who can get hold of the green stars, he told me people don't like them as much as the pumas he had before.....and I still have some pumas, so prob won't bother with the green stars.....I like the sound of them aesthetically though, the green, and the star, sound pretty as a picture

He is entitled to his opinion, this is a forum afterall. I had some of the MDMA thats been going round for the last few months and definately noticed a lack of euphoria, hell, even the dealer said there was a a little something missing! Whats to say that whatever that stuff was has found its way into a batch of pills?

The last clean proper loved up pill i did was those low dose smileys from this time last year, since then the best "MDMA" pill ive had was the blue facebooks, but i posted on here that there was something different about them, i suggested there could be something else in there to bulk them out. Now, could the same be true here? Im pretty sure not everyone is that finely honed in on their sensory mainframe and therefore a lot of these reports could have been written with a bit of poetic licence?

Im not arguing or taking sides with anyone, just trying to balance things out, afterall MDMAhead probably isnt doing this to piss anyone off..

that is one of a very very few slightly negative comments on these. There are countless others which are extremely positive. Compare the pill reports to your last 'proper' pills you had which was the smilys from manc last year if I remember?? I know which one I would be picking after Reading the reports. The smiley were clean, low to medium MDMA. Can't see one comment on those which refers to you wanting to go around 'touching people' and 'smiling' ... That's your true test isn't it ?? Confused now???

still dont believe the green stars are defo defo md - perhaps a close substitute. about 10 of us dropped and no-one was at all 'loved up' / fucked depsite all being in a relaxed club all evening drinking on a nice summers evening.... explain that..........
