what if one of you saw an "officer" breaking the statutes and tried to apprehend and charge him with whatever it was...... assaulting an officer, kidnapping, fuck knows what else but you'd be fucked,,, theres no equality.

not to bad, havnt had much use as the pigs havnt bothered me to badly, simply stating that i dont understand my rights, as understanding means you agree to stand under there authority, and refusing to give my name,no person to charge, has had all charges dropped.

No it isn't, stop being such a fucking drama queen.

You go and tell the people of Burma, Zimbabwe or North Korea that you live in a dictatorship.

I'm sure they'd have every sympathy for the daily hell you have to live in.

Thing is, the is where your bullshit falls apart. As a freeman you have no respect for the laws in our country, so why should you care if a copper breaks the laws?

What crimes have you been let off for refusing to understand your rights or confirming your name?

Relative to extreme examples of dictatorship the UK doesn't even come close, obviously. We are creeping ever closer to becoming a police state though. Or certainly was - will see what the new government does (if anything) to reverse some of that totalitarianesque stuff Labour pulled.
