Hallcuinogenic Cannabis? - White Rhino.

Heard a rumour a while ago that pot dealers in melbourne were spraying thier heads with liquid lsd to make it extra potent.

But then have wondered how this would go?

I am sure someone can answer this.
 
^ The LSD would be destroyed by the heat as soon as you tried to smoke it. Not to mention that LSD is extremely fragile and is destroyed by light and oxygen so probably wouldn't last long on weed.

Fairly ridiculous rumor.
 
Interesting you posed this question as just the other day I had one of my first proper psychedelic experiences with bud.

I pulled from my stash a small extremely dank and trichomey looking bud and rolled it into a small J before smoking it and having a shower. The condensation caused by the steam of the heat slowly crept onto the opposing mirror, covering it entirely. It began to appear as if an artist had painted a picture with a paint brush using long thick strokes, and I began to notice small characters moving about the mirror and fractal patterns taking form. While i'm not writing a trip report, I found it quite amazing that I was experiencing genuine OEV's from such a small joint.

So yes, Cannabis is truely a psychedelic in the correct mindset and dosage, and I don't think brand name has much to do with it. Dank shit is dank shit :)
 
I find when I'm really high all i have to do is close my eyes and focus and my mind will start creating CEV similar to windows media visualizer type stuff.

Its funny, every now and then i go through stages of smoking where i say to myself "this is the highest i've ever been!!" and each time i smoke it seems even more intense than the last regardless of what bud I'm smoking. This continues for a couple of weeks then it just plateaus, so yeah pretty weird.

I've never had White Rhino but my mates dad was telling us about these Buddha Sticks he used to get back in the 70's. Supposedly they are a potent thai bud wrapped around a little stick of bamboo. He claimed the visuals equaled that of a mild mushroom trip. I wonder if these things are still doing the rounds ahah

Yes, I've been noticing this more and more as I've started tripping more often over the last couple of years, I now quite often get mild CEVs while i'm stoned and my vision often feels like it flickers or is static like if this makes any sense, it's hard to explain.

Just to clarify White Rhino is White Widow (a slightly Sativa dominated hybrid) back-crossed to a pure Indica Afghani. It has been bred to have the most amount of CBD possible, so if you're feeling trippy instead of relaxed, you're not smoking legit Rhino. As with Haze, and other pure or mostly pure Sativas, they can be a lot more trippy and leave you more anxious!
 
I recently survived my first charge of White Rhino at a canine coffee shop in NL. It took a few minutes then BAM! Intense panic-attack + sweating followed by an uneasy need to keep moving to avoid falling into a stupor. I thought I'd smoked the lot in 40 years of usage but WR was a kick in the nuts first time around. Felt stunned and stoned at the same time. Subsequent cones were not a problem... just very strong compared to the Hazes, for instance. Popularity was reflected by the high price of seeds (beating AK47's by a few euro's per lot) though most coffee shops had WR bud on their menus. Personally, I think some of our Aussie bushpig hits just as hard.
 
Your not wrong mate.. there is some primo bush about 3-4 hours outta sydney..

It usually = 4-5 cones of anything else going around..and i get some very good hydgy in sydney!

Yeh... damn i love that weed. Its seasonal though so i can only get off him once a year usually.. but i just grab a few o's and spread em out throughout hydro sessions..ALways get a big arse bag cause its so light.. he has grown over meter long buds haha, frequently.

Now I haven't smoke weed in a couple of years but when I did I always preferred bush>hydro as it gave a more mello enjoyable high for me. When your well baked I think I enjoyed closed eye visuals especially when combined with nangs.

Never really tripped on weed per say. But had distorted vision and some weak OEVs maybe. But I think if you smoke to trip you have choosen the wrong drug of choice.

However using weed to heighten another trip inducing substance, or on the come down (note: only one or two hits) is great to to take the edge off.
 
What I find amusing is that with this knowledge of the different effex from different strains that we all pay the same amount for the same amount regardless. ;)

Also, bush is usually a bit cheaper than your more fancy indoor bud, but this also all comes down to who you know as with any substance on the black market.

It's because most dont have the choice. Unless you grow your own legit strains, seeds that were purchased from seed banks, or know of someone who is/has then you'll be paying for commercial hydro, and thats majority of whats out there unfortunatly.

People that dont have a great understanding about weed, strains etc rekon that this commercial stuff is the cronic, only because they've never had the chance to try some decent home grown, or well grown outdoor.

Also for the record, to anyone thinking that hydro is stronger then outdoors, or soil grown crops, it's shit. It comes down to genetics and health of the plant. I grew a strong Hawaiian Snow outdoors(mostly Sativa), gave a gram to a mate who grows White Rhino hydroponically, and he said my outdoor was the strongest he had ever tryed, and after smoking alot of the HS then trying his WR, his stuff was well below mine as far as potency goes.

Un-laced pure weed will NOT make you hallucinate or give you OEV or CEV. Any supposed visuals or hallucinations are just imaginary. What it will do is possibly make colors more vivid and make things SEEM LIKE other things. What I mean by this is say you're friends room is pink and you get mega blazed in there and yesterday you watched a cartoon where the girls room is pink and so your like DUDE YOUR ROOM TOTALLY LOOKS LIKE A CARTOON - your not hallucinating, i dont even know what to call this phenomena. Maybe it has a name? But it occurs on weed and shrooms. Ive felt like Im in an warzone, a cartoon and my friend look like a puppet all on mushrooms. But its just similarities you see from movies and your subconcious and which truly are similar. I think this may be because marijuana has something to do with awakening your subconcious as do all hallucinogenices (from mushrooms to DMT).
 
I'd have to disagree with the dude.

I have not had many strong hallucinations off of weed over the years, but definitely had some OEV's and CEV's when eating large amounts or vaping massive amounts of oil. I don't think I've ever had visual effects from smoking and maybe this is all that you have done, hence your stance on the visual effects? I do know that some people are more prone to visual effects than others...

Low dose mushrooms enhance the visual field, but high doses can leave you questioning your surroundings for many hours. This is not the thread for questioning mushrooms effects though.

I disagree too. I've witnessed quite a few people experiencing hallucinations on cannabis. It's more common with those inexperienced.

i absolutely agree, ive been high quite a few times and really the only time ive ever been close enough to consider it hallucinating was when i ate brownies
