Hey guys,
I just saw a film called It's complicated.
Now Im not here to talk about the film but rather the use of Marijuana within the film. This film without being a stoner film certainly allows the erb to be a minor part of the plot, I won't go into details but the users in this film are all successful people who claim to have used it in their earlier lives. This seems to be an increasing trend to me in film of characters who are relatively successful admitting to smoking up in their lives. Now i know these aren't real people but they certainly do convey a message to the public that "Hey, bud doesn't turn you into Cheech and Chong". I also don't want this to turn into a "Legality" thread but my question is:
Do you believe Marijuana is becoming more socially acceptable?
As it is I do and the more films like this that subtly convey this message is a step towards legality.
