The 6-APB (that may be 6-APDB but probably isn't) Train Wreck of a Thread

And I should add that it is clearly evidenced that I have never tried to advertise/market/shill the compound - I only posted initially about my experience tucked away on the 19th page of a thread on RCs in EADD.. I never started a thread about it, I never posted about my experience in the ADD thread, or in the TR forum, or indeed in this thread until someone asked if a more long standing BLer had tried it, and I felt compelled to answer as this was clearly calling into question gzeros account and I knew he'd got it from the same place as me so was telling the truth.

From my understanding skyline GTR and GZero know each other and both also know, trust and are in touch with the Vendor. Now if one were a skeptical and philosophical cove and one were to apply Occam's Razor to this threesome one would be left with GZero and Skyline GTR being the vendor.

Then the answer to your question would be that they tried to shill this forum.

Skyline is not the vendor.

I don't like to lie, truth is easier, and he is just another person who knows them. They vendor HAS posted on here, but this is not a source forum so was quite rightly deleted.

If you don't believe us, go fuck yourselves. Time will tell and then I expect apologies to be made.

I know I won't be going out of my way to do any trip reports for you lot in future.

I've just realized who you are Skyline_GTR :) Didn't know your BL name. With regards to our mutual friend, genius and respected BL member, we'll call him "K" (he may even be reading this): We're all thinking of him, and I gather he's gonna be ok! Got a number for him if, so catch me on MSN and you can speak to him!

If by some amazing you are reading this man, I spoke to your Mum when this first happened! Gonna call you when I get back from Holland and stay strong dude! Hope you're doin' OK! We got a whole lot to talk about.

With regard to the vendor, have a word with him soon Skyline. Even though he ain't got big bits thru yet. I gather he's getting some more samples through for his mates. i.e Not some of the cunts on here.

i dont rater this thread very high.

the whole situation is generally quite toxic.

we have 2 chemicals. one is legal one is not? am right?

one has been tested by people one hasnt?

they are both likely to be pretty decent? or is one likely to pick up the a semi automatic while im checking my pizza?

That's cleared all that up, then... :)

Legal MDA analogue for around 20 quid, available by internal post. What could possibly go wrong?

GZero and Skyline GTR - As you have their ear, do you think it might be a good idea tell the vendors to up their prices and offer no bulk reductions on this? My fear is that the the new compound will all be grabbed by resellers after all this hype and that it'll be resold as MDMA pills or will hit the streets cut with god knows what - perhaps some of the NRG-1 they can't now sell? things could get mental.

Here's my thinking. The problem with mephedrone for users was that it was:

a) compulsively addictive
b) way too cheap
c) offered with big bulk price reductions, meaning people were buying it by the ounce.

The street price for a chemical such as 6AP-WTF, lol, which is supposedly this powerful - 12 hours of effects from a single 90mg dose – should be at least 50 quid a gramme.

Keeping the price at even just £4 to £5 a dose will stop people losing the plot with it.

20 years ago, E was 15-20 quid. People still sent mental on them...

Check this out:

In 2008, £20.00 from 1989 was worth:

£37.30 using the retail price index
£35.30 using the GDP deflator
£46.80 using the average earnings
£51.10 using the per capita GDP
£54.90 using the share of GDP

(Current data is only available till 2008.)

An arbitrary average of those five figures comes to 20 quid in 1989 now being worth £45.08.

DVD players dropping in price is one thing. Strong drugs that prune people's neurons and change your personality is quite another, IMO.

Insomnia, you are a bugger... :)

i do not support your idea of keeping the price artificially inflated.

1. there are multiple vendors for any given chinese synth lab, so unless all the vendors collude on prices the people will eventually find the cheapest vendor.
2. you sound like a christian prude who wants taxes on cigarettes and alcohol because 'sinners' who do these substances are evil and killing themselves.
3. price-fixing, although it may feel like you are paying for a high-quality product, does not guarantee purity or honesty.

if 6-APWTF actually does end up to be a pleasurable MDA replacement (with less side effects and toxicity), then BY ALL MEANS bring on the pressed pills! it would be better than all the caffeine/piperazine beans that show up on the market when the DEA destroys all the safrole.

1. Well, every single site seems to be getting it from just one plant right now... or not as the case may be. The whole RC scene in the UK has gone too far, too soon. It's well scary.

2. Putting aside your frankly unjustified rudeness (Christian prude?wtf/lol!) for the moment, I'm guessing you're from the US and didn't see first-hand how dark the mephedrone scene got in the UK (you mentioned the DEA). Trust me, it was ugly.

The price point and delivery system of mephedrone and the other BKs was the real issue, IMO. Suddenly, hundreds of thousands of people who wouldn't know their arse from their elbow drugwise were suddenly going on intense polydrug benders for weeks.

From my own rather varied but private life experiences (told ya, unjustified rudeness :) ) this new 6AP-WOOT WOOT-LET'S-MAKE SOME-FUCKING-LOOT-FTW-WTF is too cheap. If I and my friends had been able to get 11 doses of clinically-produced MDA for £5 (do the maths) posted through my door 20 years ago, I would now be in a clinic, or perhaps even a Christian prude, lol. =D

3. Price-fixing may or may not guarantee quality. that wasn't the argument i made for it. It was to improve HR. Also if it's expensive with no bulk discounts, abuse potential is lower, and there's less incentive for half-arsed amateurs to buy 100g from a site and cut it down and sell it on, cut. HR again.

PS: 6-AP WTF was my joke name for it, as in 6-AP WHAT THE FUCK? Best not confuse the issue even further. =D

Or, there's more incentive? I thought expense was why all cut MDxx started?

yeah, flakey logic at 4.50am. you're right. =D

still think the proposd price is too low for a mass market product like this, though. and still think meph fucked up so many people not just because of its addictiveness, but also its cheapness.

Crack is expensive and addictive and there is still a HUGE problem with that, so jacking up the price wont help it from running rampant. It will just make addicts poorer.

And whoever said we would be better off with 6-APB in pressies than Pipes and shit...RIGHT ON! I'm down for that too!

No-one has really got a clue what the fuck they're on about - I'm right, you're wrong, it's called this, it's called that.

Close this fuck up of a thread down right now.

End of.

if i choose to order some (still wary of possibly toxicity due to the benzofuran), we will have GC/MS confirmation by july. i even contemplate ordering some, getting it tested and not eating it afterwards just to satisfy my curiosity :D

They're both legal. The toxicity differences are unknown, but I believe seeing that the saturated (6-APDB) compound may have less toxicity due to some problems cropping up specific to the planar benzofuran (6-APB).

We aren't sure which one as been tasted yet.

I believe 5-APDB has been tasted, as I think it was on the market, long before this mephedrone replacement insanity (and the ensuing, delicious, price drop on potent entactogens).

We'll have to see when these English vendors actually get this stuff (the check is in the mail, we promise, etc. etc.), as to which compound it is. It seems that many of the vendors don't know shit about chemistry and are just judging based on threads like this (hi vendors! go pick up an ochem text and at least get your naming right!).

Key difference - crack is illegal. you have to make an effort to either get it, or to get coke good enough to make it. Not just click on your Favourites bar and then put your Paypal passwrod in...

These two new drugs are legal and are being awaited by tens of thousands of people in a market super-saturated with scammers, blaggers, liars and thieves.

In Jan 2009, mephedrone was barely available to the mass market. By March 2009, there were a handful of sites selling it. By August 2009, you could call it in to your home 24/7 for a tenner. It became endemic in the UK. Even the smallest town had a meph dealer.

By March 2010 it was totally off the hook, Bluelight was covered in threads reporting problematic useage patterns. Hospitals reported dozens of mephedrone-related admissions per week.

While mephedrone alone never actually killed anyone in the UK, it wasn't really a positive situation.

On these grounds, I believe a price hike will protect customers.

But it's capitalism, and if one prson drops their price, the rest will follow.

All the BKs were sold wholesale around £2-3K a kg, and sold retail for around £12,000. Wonder what the the labs are charging for the next gen of bulk RCs to the UK?

With regard to the vendor…

Hi there, i remember a post where you said the vendor gave you a sample as you have a mate with access to analysis equipment at Oxford - did you ever send a sample there for him to test, and if so, what were the results?

well...whatever the fuck it is, i cant wait to try it (going by skyline and GZero's trip reports which i believe to be accurate)

Geeeeeeeez a MDA analogue for 20 quid and i'll be happy

Well, keep in mind that nasty meph has a short duration, causing people to take dose after dose after dose in a great binge of nastiness.

I think the key here to avoiding another meph disaster would just to make sure 6-APB/6-APDB doesn't become well known. At the very least, I bet not giving it any nickname at all would help. The mass market doesn't seem to like obscure chemical names; then again there's LSD and MDA/MDMA which are pretty much household names by now, though they are much more well known by their nicknames.

I thought I might pop in here with a comment on the prices discussion.

As one bl'r noted, the nature of free market economics will ensure that the price of a product that is in demand and in supply (ie: 4-MMC before the UK ban) will remain low. So if artificial price inflation was desired the product would have to be regulated by the government which could place tariffs on its import and taxes on its sale. This would inflate the price to a 'sweet point' (what that would be who knows) where people are still able to afford to get high but can only do it 'responsibly' (contentious term I know). The revenue from the taxes can then be funnelled into harm minimisation programs for those that do decide to use and such users would have the protection of a regulated market which ensures quality of product.

I think the people expressing how horrible the Mephedrone situation was in the UK need to take a step back and think about it.

Mephedrone was fun, relatively safe (unless in high doses) and cheap. I myself, who built up a tollerance to it, still spent less per session than I would have on alcohol. Did this make me do it more often? No. Were the hospitols filled with screaming club kiddies? No. Are there literally thoursands of scammers/2nd hand dealers waiting for the release of 6-APwhatever? No, I really doubt it.

Have some faith that maybe most people, like myself, just want to get high and we're not trying to fuck anyone over. I've had my eye on this thread for a week or two now and it's taken a ridiculous turn (from a well thought out discussion, to random incorrect fact usage, to straight up slander, offending someone who came here specifically to inform us).

Deep breaths people. Is no one else excited? It seems everyone else is already fed up of it before it's even arrived!
