My first and last rave was EDC in 08.. had blast and going this year.. I got some kandi there and one guy told me when he was giving me kandi and explaining to me about PLUR to never give away the kandi you get at your first rave.. Is that true? I still have the kandi I got (although I did get one that was just a cut up straw). Not much of a raver, just like to party, although I really do like some of the kandi on this thread, it's artistic jewelry. Thanks... See you @ EDC in LA on Saturday! :D

Lol, a cut up straw? Actually, that's a good idea......I've had countless people come up to me saying it's their first rave and asking for kandi....Not saying the above poster did that, but I feel so much better giving away kandi at my own discretion, or in return for something nice (like a hug, head rub, etc.). Maybe I should have back-up kandi for them.....

BTW I trade kandi for hungs, head rubs, etc. :D
 
Only twenty pounds? You have a crazy kandi collection, lolly. I have like.. one box and you're rocking two or three BIG boxes of kandi. I know that's not even all of it, either =P
 
^^ Ah yes. I'm betting at least 5% of that kandi is stuff you made for me :)

Do you still have that faerie cuff? or did it fall apart already? :\

Oh, and I know someone who's having a birthday in 6 days! Even though we haven't hung out in an eternity, the birthday tradition still stands. Be expecting an epic kandi..

I know most of my kandi is stuff you made for me... I know the PLUR necklace is, the ripper bracelet (told you i was hardcore), and junglist souljah / Scooter bracelet. The faerie cuff is still together, was wearing it a couple days ago. My bday is in five days now, but the very fact you remembered my bday is awesome (although I remember yours just fine, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised, huh?).

Yeeeeaaaaa!. I just made my first cuff using the tutorial on kandipatterns.com. Already looking for the next one I'll do. Yeeeeeaaaa! I would like to find a pattern that is a little smaller though.
