I don't know if I really have any good advice to give you but just wanted to give you my best wishes with your endeavor.
I recently (2 1/2 weeks!) ago decided to cold turkey my Oxymorphone habit & quit cig's at the same time.
I've also done what your doing & switched up to eating healthier.
Well I didn't eat to awfully terrible in the first place but I'm now doing an all Organic healthy type stuff diet & it seems to working out so far.
Working out seems to really help a lot with feeling better / getting off opiates.
Well it helped me a large degree, though I was quite dejected by my underlying health issues making a lot of the workouts I wished to do impossible but I digress.
Anyways I'm probably just rambling as I haven't really been on BL much since quitting Oxymorphone/Oxycodone/Etc. as I lived in OD
but I figured I'd give Healthy Living a shot & your thread struck home as I felt it was similar to my situation.
I guess the main reason I'm saying all this is that I'm feeling quite decent overall besides my under lying health issues
& wanted to use that statement as a way of saying give it time & hopefully everything should work out good for you.
May you have the best of luck & I hope things improve for you.
It may be tough but in the long run it's more than likely for the best or it seems that way to me anyways.
