wizdom teeth---act cool?

I just want to say again that you should be very worried. It is nearly impossible to act as cool as you need to under the circumstances. What I would do if I were you would be to try and act real cool in the days leading up to your treatment. If you build up your cool for a few days you can probably weather the storm. Try doing things that you normally wouldn't think of, cool things. If you can borrow a nice car, maybe from a friend or family member, try driving that up and down the block. Make sure that the right people see you doing this. Whatever you can think of to get pre-cool, do it. Perhaps you could tell the doctor that you want to get the teeth pulled without anesthetic. This is not necessarily cool, but it will look tough, and maybe people will be less willing to say anything later on when you start to act like a fool.

Just a thought.

^eh, this thread started out half-serious. but you should just write normally if you do not want future threads de-railed. lacey-k seems to be able to get away with it, though her version is more tame and has this distinct voice.

Just wondering. I am an avid shooter and proud firearm owner. I think you're most likely 13 and never touched a firearm though.

+1 on the firearm's! I love my Beretta's; Cougar in .40 cal. and a 92 Compact in 9mm that I've had a while.

I would say 13 is about right. But hey, at that age they can only be cool by telling their "stories" to the faceless throng of cyber space. Lol, and I don b hatin u no.

I carry a HK USP 9mm Or A Walther .40 compact.. I have a Glock model 22 .45 around the house and a 12 gauge.. an AK-47 and other goodies about.. lol My dad taught me to shoot from the time I was a kid.. he didn't want me to be one of those girls that couldn't defend myself.. so I have a carry permit and shoot all the time. It's great to blow off steam. I like to get the weird "rapist guy" in the bad plaid shirt target when I go to the range.. and aim for various parts of the body.. lol good times good times. No way in hell is the government taking my firearms away.. lol

I urge you to join then Violenza, I created it even though I'm a felon and not suppose to have firearms, because Will let no mans law tell me that I can't protect myself with a firearm because they say so. and as the police are given the power to command citizens and back their commands with lethal force if necessary, then I will in turn use lethal force to defend myself from them and their commands.
I'm teaching my daughter how to shoot from an early age as well, I have already trained her in hand to hand combat and throws and defensive tumbling of the art of hapkido, she will be a force to be reckoned with for sure. no ones going to make a victim out of my little sweetie

As an aside, I once had 2 teeth (not wisdom) pulled on cocaine. I don't mean the novocaine shit they inject your gums with, I mean 2 *very* large lines off the dash of my car just before going in.=DI almost enjoyed it...

AK's are nice. I have an old standard; Ruger Mini-14 that I absolutely love shooting! No shotguns though, but am a serious collector of edged steel! In fact, knives have taken the forfront over my guns.

Guess we are sorta off topic, so let me say to the OP; go with the suggestion of taking notyhing and you will look back one day and show your kids just how really cool their dad was.

I definatly will join your group just keep my FB on the dl.. I enjoy my anononimity (spelling) on here. I am not a felon, but I justrefuse to let the government take my firearms away. Many of my friends are felons, and I feel they have the right to defend themselves and their families.

I also have a daughter.. I too have been teaching her hand to hand she is only 3.. but she will know how to protect herself and the appropriate time to do so.. it will be second nature to her. I don't believe in being a victim. If something happens that she can't stop.... I will become a felon.. or just not get caught.. :)

I was completely fine and acted normal when I woke up. I had my two lower removed which were both impacted. The pain meds didnt do much for me so I kept goin back and they gave me 3 new prescriptions, but i wasnt in much pain to begin with it. Of course the surgery left the lower left half of my lip/jaw/3 teeth numb for about 6 months after the surgery. That sucked
