I was lurking for a long time, but since there is so little info on this drug, I will put in my two cents. I will not use the term fleph since people have been using the name interchangeably for 3-FMC and 4-FMC.
I am talking here about 3-FMC (the pure chemical). I also reference Charge+ (which is also supposedly 3-FMC).
I am now an occaisional drug user with a long history of experience. I will say that in college it was more than occaisional. I will put it that way. I never tried any RC or the like until about 2 months ago when I ordered Charge+ from an irish head store. I did not expect it to do much, but I thought it would become illegal soon in the US (it was just made illegal in the UK) so I ordered some.
I researched it as I awaited its arrival and found the consensus was that it is 3-FMC. I will confirm this, in my opinion, it is 3-FMC. I have done many drugs and the taste, texture, and the effects all lead me to conclude that Charge+ is 3-FMC.
So I hunted for pure 3-FMC, the price of Charge+ from Ireland was 32 euros (the price of the euro has fallen a ton since then but at the time it was about $50, now it's $40) for 1g.
Effects and Dosage:
I love it. The come down is nearly non-existant, however the stuff is definitely short term addictive similarly to cocaine. "Moreish" is how I've heard it described, although we don't use that term over here (NY), I'd say it's accurate. If you have the stuff, you are going to want to do more.
The dosage however is very very low. You can do just a small bump (50mg) and feel good. You wouldn't need to do more (nor have I done more) than 0.2 g at once. When you do it, you feel kind of coked up, but a little more of a body high, and very talkative. It doesn't give you the pure addrenaline confidence or the teeth clench I've found, but it does give you the upper feeling and lasts a little longer. I enjoy it greatly for bumping through the night.
I usually drink with it, though it's not as crucial as it feels to drink as it is with coke (it doesn't need to be tempered as much).
Negative effects:
slightly lowered appetite (not as bad as cocaine), sleeplessness (not as bad as cocaine, though I always drink with it so it's not that big a deal). If you do charge+ it's very hard to sleep because of all the caffeine, but it's much easier with the pure chem.
circulation issues: I am a healthy 26 year old male, so I don't normally have circulation issues. If you do, I would be careful. I'm not sure if it's just the extremities but thats where I notice it. Slight tingling after a night of use and sometimes the next day. I went to the gym in the morning and it was hard to lift because of the low blood supply. It is not bad enough to deter me from taking the drug, as a little stretching goes a long way.
The next day, I feel out of it and tingly. I usually drink hard with the drug, so this definitely has something to do with it, but you will feel weird. I have not experimented extensively so I am not sure if this goes away or whether you get used to it.
Conclusion:
All in all it's a great experience, at about half the price of coke and twice the number of doses per weight (vs. the average street stuff purchased in balls here).
