Wow...a dead-heat.

Cats, all the way. While I've known many wonderful dogs over the years, and understand fully why dog-lovers are so crazy about them, I prefer my quiet, low-maintenance critters, relaxing as lava lamps to watch...

OK, since i last posted in this thread, i have become part-owned by a cat. i can totally see the point now. he's like a son to me. <3 :)

I think, considering this canine upset, we can take one vote away from the dogs and add it to the cats, thus putting us (cat people) back in the lead!

ahah, you misunderstand me, good sir.

i have been a doggie person since we got our first one in 1981. one year of getting to know a cat does not magically overturn 29 years of dog-loving.

Technically we should take it from the "dog" option and put the vote in the "I like both equally" option ;)

5. Cockatiel-male- Amos

6. Saltwater fish-

Lawnmower Goby- no name yet
Chocholate Chip Starfish- Cookie
Goby-Pinky

7. A tabby/DSH- Willow
I've been babysitting her for my son- from January to mid-August.

There are two cats that live here, I feed them and clean up their shedded fur and vomited hairballs.
I'm pretty sure they own me.


Edit: their names are Charles Montgomery Smoosh and Louie Blackfoot Smoosh but we just call them Mr Smoosh and Louie
 
Right now just one cat. His name is Kitty :) Very original, I know... was Stuart when I initially got him but he seems to like Kitty so it's been that pretty much from day one lol

Hoping to get a horse at some point this year. I used to own one several years ago but I had to start traveling for work so I had to sell him :(
