First off, I've actually been interested in inhalants for a very long time, back in health class so many years ago I heard of it seemed so interesting, yet too afraid of health risks. It was a nagging thought for a while, and for the past month I've read pretty much every report on erowid on inhalant experiences.
Knowing the risks fully, I finally gave in; sprayed a bags worth of butane, waited a little bit. Breathed and exhaled through the bag about 3 times and pull back.
It hit me like a ton of bricks in less than a couple seconds, a pleasant cold tingle fell through my body, fingertips are noticeably tingly and numb. Everything looks exactly the same yet it is so different. Objects are breathing and pulsing.
A loud Wah-wah noise is constantly ringing, feeling euphoric and this is definitely a dissassociative unlike DXM and Ketamine however. I started remembering things that never actually happened, I kept zooming between 1st and 3rd person view.
The most interesting effect in my opinion however, is almost impossible to describe in words like a high dose of a psychedelic or dissassociative . The only thing I can think of is the most extreme case of deja vu ever. Like feeling and remembering the event and how it went, but, not remembering the event itself. Kind of like everything feels so familiar you think you've huffed before and forgot about it but, can remember doing it.
Inhalants are very dangerous drugs and I can't recommend them no matter how uniquely this was from all other hallucinogens.
Always know the risks before you attempt something; stay safe everybody.
Moderator's Note:
Inhaling butane can cause sudden death or permanent brain damage from one use. Inhalants are without doubt the most dangerous recreational chemicals in existence.
